The hallways on each floor smelled like wet dogs, and the temperature was over 80 degrees. The hotel is 2 hotels in 1, which was not disclosed. It had an extended stay attached to it. There were sketchy people that were staying there, like people with ankle monitors and people under the influence of some type of paraphernalia. They also did not have a do not disturb sign in the room, and when we went down to the front office, they did not have any either. We specifically said to not clean our room, but when we came back from our morning activities, our room was clean.

My room was very accommodating with the king-size bed and coach. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The AC was amazing in the room.

I had to cancel my initial booking while checking in as an issue was encountered. I eventually had to rebook for 3 nights on booking.com in order to get into the room as I was being offered a higher rate at the counter. Two days later, I extended my stay by 3 days at the desk because I was told that I couldn't extend my stay via booking.com and if I reserved another 3 days via booking.com, i would be charged a second deposit fee by the hotel. In the end, it worked out to a bit more than my initial 6-night reservation, but not exorbitantly so.

Breakfast was great. Hot meals (scrambled eggs and sausages), bread and bagels were available as well as waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, hot chocolate mix and coffee. The location is close to the Tri-Rail station for easy connections from MIA or FLL. There are several restaurants in the general area and it is close to major roadways. There are also bus stops nearby if one does not have access to a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are also options.

It was in a good location for what we needed. Just a mile off of 95. Easy to park. Nice desk person. Room was nice.

Breakfast was very busy and staff struggled to replenish items and keep the space clean. But it was such great value overall this is acceptable.

Excellent location for events at Chase Stadium - very short walk from watching Inter Miami play (and lots of fast food options). Nice pool. Large modern clean room. Great value for money for Miami.

Everything was good and comfortable the only thing I would say is they just need to clean the pool a little better but other than the staff, rooms, and food was perfect

Super close to the Chase Stadium easy walk if you are visiting a game. Nice rooms and comfortable beds! The staff was friendly.

One ice machine and it was located on the 3rd floor. Broken elevator in the back so we had to walk to the front to go up to the 3rd floor. Pool was filled with leaves and dirt but it was cleaned a short time later and the spa could use a deep clean or paint. It looked a little greenish.

The breakfast was very good. They had sausage, eggs, and potatoes along with the continental breakfast. The bed was extra comfy. Clean towels every day and clean room. The hotel overall was clean and welcoming.

Bathroom needs work shower curtain rod was loose. The curved rod just hung down and the curtain kept sliding to the center. So when showering water went all over. Also there's nothing to hold on to in the shower. A/C is ridiculously loud had to turn off to sleep

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was below standard—rooms and common areas did not feel well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was poorly managed, with food running out quickly and not being replenished. The selection was very limited, and it didn’t meet expectations for a comfortable stay.

I was told when booking that the 2nd room could accommodate 5 people. I believe that I expressed a need for a hide a bed or roll out. I was assured that would be possible. When we arrived with 9 adults we were told they didn’t do that and they expected us to put 3 adults in a queen size bed. We didn’t feel that we would be comfortable under those circumstances and felt forced to purchase a 3 room.
