Everything there I didn't like the beds were uncomfortable they was hard as a brick. The staff was rude and mean mel fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the morning waking people up that has to work. And the other part that I didn't like if y'all even read this halfway through my stay I moved to a different motel I paid to stay somewhere else when I was staying at your place because your beds were so uncomfortable I mean there was nothing you could do to make them comfortable we went and bought memory foam to put on them so look. I had to spend more money just to try to make your place comfortable thank you

I got woke up at 2:30 in the morning by a farm I had to wait on the elevator 20 minutes every time I wanted to get on it there was never nobody there to speak to about things going wrong the washer and dryer did not work it was only one washing machine at work. And one of the washing machines caught on fire so no I never stay at y'all to talk to you again sorry

You have all the stores you're looking for you have Dunkin donuts you have Aldi's Dollar tree Big lots whatever you need it's right around here it's very close and convenient it might get busy like towards the evening because it's traffic that time of the day but other than that it's quiet

Room 210. Dirty, burn marks all over bathroom sink, smell of marijuana everywhere, old kitchen appliances, refrigerator covered in rust! Multiple lights out in bathroom, holes in shower walls. There was no curtain over shutters that were too small for one of the windows. Does not look anything like the pictures presented on the website. Asked about cutlery or even plastic silverware and was told it's more of an apartment type place and none of that is available. Should have left.

Nothing. They never checked me in. The desk was empty and when i called the number there they told Me i should have been there by 5PM but its nowhere written nor I have been notified ever. The girl i spoke to just told me that she cancelled my reservation. So i went somewhere else.

NOTHING like the pictures. Not worth the $400+ I paid for the suite. Window was broken and never fixed. Hallways were super loud. Smelled terrible outside the room. TV did not work and no one wanted to fix it. Did not want to supply more than one roll of toilet paper despite our extended stay. Weird stuff on the walls and super dirty room. Lights were flickering. Supposedly our room was a recently done and updated room but totally not. Would never stay here ever again.

The Manager was not trying to listen nor help. My flight was delayed. I was trying to contact the property since 4pm when my flight arrived not one person answered. I messaged the property via bookings and on their webpage and no one responded. Worst experience ever. I had 3 underaged teens with me and she was not trying to hear, I could hear her and her company laughing in the background.

The manager is rude and ignorant. This place does not answer calls or messages.

Your pics are nothing but lies. The manager JAZMINE the worst in customer service. You need to replace this woman. Bad reputation. Hotel is filthy the room is not like the pictures you show. This hotel is catering people on WELFARE. I will report this to the BETTER BUSINESSPEOPLE. The Handyman is totally crazy. I will get my lawyer take care of all this. I will write an article with the local newspaper in FORT MYERS. You are a bunch of money hungry people. Shame on you! I was on room 220. Also in room 221 was a child abuse father. Bitting daily the poor little girl. I am reporting this to the child abuse center. Trust me this is not the end yet. My attorney will take care of this aggravation you cost me. SHAME ON YOU! Renting under full lies! Trust me, that JAZMINE has to go! My GOD you are the biggest scammer on this web.
