There is no breakfast option. The bathroom is not ensuite. The blinds in the bedroom did not fully close.

Paul was most welcoming, with lots of helpful information. The location is excellent and very handy for restaurants and the ferry. The house is full of character. There is free parking for 1 car right outside the front door.

There is no breakfast with this property, so the B&B portion of the description should be removed. It was not an issue because of the temperatures, but there was no AC in the room that we stayed in.

The place was affordable and it was close to the Staten Island Ferry to get to NY city.

The house has 3 apartments. each on a own floor. I had the own under the roof. There was weak or no WiFi in my room.

It’s a nice house, 5 min. away from the ferry. There is a Deli, Restaurants and Bars right around the corner.

The room I stayed in was quite close to the street so there was some street noise at night (nothing crazy). The apartment was clean but is a bit dated. The rugs and carpets were clean, but worn.

This place is a great find! The king room I stayed in had a sitting area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom (although in an unusual layout). It took me 10 minutes to walk to the staton island ferry each day to get into Manhattan. For the price, location, and size of the accommodation - its a fantastic deal!

It was not clean. it wasn’t filthy but just didn’t feel clean. The price included breakfast but we weren’t given any. There was a kitchen (with one chair)we could use but no tea, coffee or milk.

The Wifi did not work on the top floor, but it wasn’t really a big deal. We just went down to the lobby to plan our days.

The location was perfect for our purposes. We were there for the NYC Marathon and it was just a short walk to the start line shuttles.

Great value for money considering how close it is to the free ferry into the city. Spacious king suite on first floor included sitting area, fire place, kitchen and bathroom. The owner is very friendly.

The street noise was a bit much, a rather busy but small intersection of Fort place and Montgomery, could not sleep past seven am.

The owner Paul and the location which is a ten minute walk to the ferry. Great deli across the street!

Breakfast/coffee would have been a nice touch, but it's really not a big deal as there's a deli across the street. Third story walk up.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. City view and very close to the ferry, so easy to get to Manhattan. Room and common areas full of beautiful art by the owner. No breakfast, as was well stated before the stay. I'll definitely be trying to stay here again

Beautiful house, we had a very big room and a really comfortable bathroom. As there were no more guests on our floor we had the entire floor for us.
