Outside entrances had key-acess locks and we're working. Room smelled and felt clean. Comfy beds and nice linens and pillows. A/C worked really well. New sink and shower. New paint. United StatesThe only thing was is, you could see light all around our hotel room door, so it wasn’t sealed and some guest were extremely noisy in the morning to the point I had to open my door and ask them to be quiet and they were all the way at the end of the hallway in the stairwell, but the noise echoed throughout. Also, our mini fridge seem to be very noisy. You could hear the water running through it all night once we turned the TV off.
Rooms were renovated and clean. Plenty of parking easy access to room with a view of my vehicle. Location is right next to a very good diner and close to the highway bed was comfortable.

CanadaThe staff was beyond rude. I waited to check in for almost half an hour and was not even acknowledged during my wait. I was yelled at when checking out because i didn't realize there was a key drop. The area around the hotel is downright creepy. Not a good area to walk or find a restaurant.
The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the in-room fridge.

United StatesThe problems I do have stem from the hotel itself. You have to use a common microwave in the main hall if you want to reheat anything. You also have to pay for additional toiletries if you don't have your own.
Room is better than what you expect. Clean and orderly. Bed was comfortable, and AC was functional. Blinds also do a relatively good job at blocking exterior lights. Bathroom is small, but covers all your needs.

AustraliaThe location is light industrial, so it is far from the main shopping facilities or anywhere interesting to go for a walk, although there are two diners and some groceries in nearby gas stations.
The motel has neat and tidy rooms that have a fridge and I believe have been recently refreshed. There are coffee and other amenities (ice machine too I think) in the lobby. Ample car parking and close to highways.
