United States of AmericaI wish there were more towels in the room. We stayed in a room that wasn't in the main building, so requesting extra towels meant some legwork.
The hotel has a great pool and a private pedestrian bridge to the beach. We were given two comp drinks upon arrival, as well as endless cookies. There is also a 1 hour comp bike rental to cruise the strip. The strip itself has endless car watching. We enjoyed grabbing breakfast at the bodega and eating on the beach.

United States of AmericaWe ran out of toilet paper twice and had to ask for more (4 girls in a room) but housekeeping came and didn’t notice we would need more. The cost for food and drinks was really high. We had four people staying so should have received that amount of beach chairs per day.
I liked the location, so close to the beach and pool area.

United States of AmericaIn the room, the water heater must have been off or malfunctioning because the water would not stay at a constant hot temperature, it kept fluctuating from hot to cold which was annoying while trying to enjoy a shower. We decided to drive our car and do self parking- the parking gate was completely messed up and didn't work when we wanted to take our car out! It was a confusing system and we had to get Valet to manually open the gate for us twice when we wanted to drive to a nearby area. Also, RUDEST thing while we were there.... on our floor people kept slamming their door shut which made a LOUD jarring noise. People continued to do this at 6, 7, 8 AM and it woke me up out of my sleep!! It seemed like people had no regard for others who might be asleep by just letting the doors slam shut. Not sure if it was guests or workers. The room service took longer than expected after the second day to come clean the room. We had to call and ask them to send somebody twice. Lastly, the "balcony" view was EXTREMELY misleading. These rooms literally had the tiniest balcony that you can barely step out on, couldn't even put a chair or sit down. That was very disappointing when you pay for a room specifically to have a balcony.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and prompt to check us in, the chocolate chips cookies were delicious! The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and the main lobby was kept clean and always smelled amazing. The main lobby bartenders were also so friendly and great with service! The rooftop pool had a really nice vibe, great live music and little games like ping pong and a pool table, we really enjoyed that.

United States of AmericaSome of the staff was either a little creepy towards my group of friends OR had a bad attitude. We had an issue with our room, and where I thought things were going to be handled nicely .. it wasn't. We had to get our room changed, and We were sent two floors down from our original room, and on top of that, the person up front didn't have great attitude.
The rooms were comfy, and the view was absolutely beautiful. I also loved that there was a mini fridge in the room, and we got free water and cookies. Made everything very welcoming.
