We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Statesdryer wasn’t working well, but overall our stay was perfect we will book here again when we go to Corpus next time. We had a great time!
Property is clean and close to white cap beach, there’s a family park few blocks away. For a family of 5 this 2 bedroom unit was a good deal. Nice rooms, beds were very comfortable, the unit is well maintained.

United StatesEverything that we didn't like is easily fixable with a little TLC. There were no working light bulbs in the entry way so very dark if you were coming in at night. None of the bulbs worked in the track lighting in the kitchen so we could only get the light over the kitchen sink to work properly. We washed a load of clothes, put them in the dryer and then washed another load of clothes but had to leave there with 2 loads of wet clothes as the dryer would never get them dry and we ran it 3 times.
I liked the lay out of the place and it being on the water. So relaxing and enjoyable. Location was perfect for our stay, family lives off of Whitecap as well.

United StatesWas advertised to have boat dock and it does if your boat is 10 foot long, anything bigger will not fit and it also doesn’t have cleets to tie off. Parking lot has no trailer parking and I figure that out after I pulled my 20ft boat 5 hrs to get there.

NetherlandsThe floor rail of the sliding doors were dirty. Outside we think it were animal droppings. In the kitchen the iron pan was rusty. And there is some kind of a closet with a machine in it (right from the washing machine) it probably sucks air in because the whole door frame was covered in dust flakes. Which might be a fire hazard. So worth checking (we texted it to Vacasa) There was no hairdryer.
The view at the water, nice beds and shower. Good customerservice by checking in.

United StatesThe condo was not clean. The shower had dirt in it, there were dirty socks under our bed, and the dishes were smudgy. The couch cushions were stained and the mattresses were squeaky. Also, the sliding glass door was very hard to open.
We liked the location and we appreciated the big kitchen and decor. The beds were very comfortable, but very squeaky!

United StatesAir conditioner barely worked, wouldn’t go under 78 degrees. Roaches found in the bathroom. This rental would be AMAZING if they offered kayaks or things to support time on the canal.
Location & view were a hit! Beautiful morning sunrises looking out at the canal from the patio. Quick access to Whitecap & JP Luby beach.
