Pool was great, actually warm. Perfect location for Dorney Park. Staff was very friendly.

The room was not very clean.

Hard to reach with highway divider

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

It was clean and neat.

The property was fine. I did learn a lesson with using Booking.com it’s a third party app you don’t receive a payment receipt. It’s been a week and still don’t have one? I was told we can pay cash when we check out and couldn’t do that either. Just disappointed with that.

Convenient location in an adequate room; sufficient for overnighting and not needing to stay on the property much. Breakfast was good in the attached restaurant.

Rooms have been updated but are still dated; we agreed the mattress was about a 6/10. Bathroom lacked any real surface area for placing clean items while showering. No safe in the room. Friday night karaoke in the bar brings out a lot of smokers congregating by the doorway.

From the first day the fitted sheet was too small for the Bed or not put on properly. The bed was uncomfortable

Location and price

I thought I was getting a room at a Ramada but it is privately operated and was not the same standard I expected. Much lower but at least clean and comfortable

No breakfast

lack of staffs , forgot to return credit card and send email late not phone call , so we ended up returning the hotel after leaving

We had not planned to stay in Allentown, but while traveling through we were in accident and had to get our car repaired. Staff was so accommodating and allowed us a late check out when the car was not ready. Really helped us through a stressful 24 hours!
