Lighting in the room was cheap and not useful. There were no USB outlets on the nightstand lights. The toilet was too low difficult to get up off of.

The hotel is under renovation. The existing rooms are very dated. Nice pool but is not 100% clean and the few remaining loungers are in bad shape. Gym minimally equipped.

Convenient for a one-night stay on the road from Grand Canyon to San Fransico. The helpful staff gave good dinner recommendations. Big pool Will be a great location once renovations are complete!

Some items could have been cleaner. was told breakfast was served at a certain time, however, “breakfast was only coffee. You have to pay to actually eat and the choices are few. I was also charged $60 more per room than was quoted on my reservation.

Friendly service and checking in and out was easy.

Desk clerks on arrival and departure insisted that I had to pay again using a physical credit card although I already payed via booking. I showed them that I payed on booking, still both clerks insisted that I had to pay again as the booking payment „didn’t go through“ - yeah what a lovely scam as if you don’t have hundreds of guests coming via booking acting as if it was the first time this so called „payment bug“ occurred. In reality booking will transfer the payment after the guests departure which is standard protocol! Guests and travelers beware of this scammy behavior! Check your credit card payments at all time. They hope you just overlook it while double payments are illegal and can’t be declared as profit. I filed a complaint via booking and with the hotel itself. They claim to have refunded but it never happened. Booking’s customer support is a nightmare as well. Absolutely detesting.

There was a loud noise coming from the sink.

We had an issue with our room there was a strange loud clunky,burping noise come from the sink,I called front desk just after midnight, with in 5 min the staff was at my door with a new room assigned and keys.

The hallway carpets were not particularly clean and the landscaping was all under work with lots of dust.

Everything was amazing. I had an issue with one of my pillow cases having makeup on it. I contacted the front desk and informed them of the situation and they sent housekeeping ASAP and she changed everything down to the comforter.

Staff was uninformed and uninterested in requests and arrangements I had made prior to arrival. Staff told us to be very careful as the hotel was in a dangerous area. Entire property is in bad shape. Desperately needs a good cleaning and updating.
