really liked the location, especially how close it was to restaurants. The pool had warm water, which was very relaxing, and the bar had a great atmosphere with a friendly bartender. Breakfast was also very good.

United StatesElevator was hot and only one was working . It needed to be cleaned up and obviously maintenance on the one working. The AC in the room just never really cooled down the room . I slept in the bed closest to the ac.I am not hot natured. TV needed instructions...kept asking for a app or widget to be downloaded...the guide part never really worked. Last but not least... the $100 incidental deposit bit excessive ... I checked in at 1030 pm left by 630 next morning only to find that the hold is for a 5 days . I called my bank and thats what I was told I also called Radisson and they said something different.

United StatesThere was lipstick marks on the bedding. There was mold in the bathroom. There was a dirty diaper ripped up in the pool and there was some kind of oil in it. They didn't even close it when I told them that it was a biohazard. The pool was Green. It was not in a safe neighborhood at all.

United StatesFirst impression is great!! Then we get to the room and maintenance is working on the air conditioning. Get another room. Go to use the bathroom can't get the door open. Air conditioning was not working in hallways or elevator. It was very hot during our stay. The sheets are very worn out. The Kleenex box was empty and still in holder and they didn't leave another roll in the bathroom. The front desk employees we dealt with were very nice..

United StatesI would recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. Our rooms were nice- although there was a dead spider at my front door. Two BIG things for me and my family were having a FRIDGE and MICROWAVE in the room. The only drawback for us was it wasn't close to the places we were visiting. However- the hotel is RIGHT by the highway, so it was VERY easy access to get everywhere we needed to go. Conveniently located by LOTS of good shopping venues and food as well. Overall, I would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

United StatesI did not eat breakfast. The room was nice, The tv was hard to navigate as the guide would not load so you just had to guess what you were watching. The tub was somewhat concave not flat which was very odd. The water pressure was horrible and the bathroom lighting was in adequate. But if you like marijuana smoke in the hallways, then this place is for you! The staff were super nice.

United StatesThat they charge a $75. per night pet fee. I have a very small 6 yr old Yorkie and have never paid that much for dog fee. They should definitely have that on their site, I wasn’t happy after I got here and found out. It was more than I paid for the room for 2 adults, after fees & taxes!! ☹️

United StatesMiki, at the front desk, was amazing and the staff were great! We were disappointed that the bar was closed due to lack of staff. The room was clean, but the halls needed to be swept more often. The pool was murky, but families were enjoying it. The hotel is in a great location and we would stay there again, but we would make sure that everything was up and running. It is a terrific value if the bar is open, free breakfast, and a little more upkeep was intact. We did have a free breakfast every morning and it was delish!!
