When I arrived the sheets on the bed were dirty. I requested clean sheets after I checked in and was told by a man at reception that House keeping would clean my bed. Came back at 1am and sheets were not cleaned so at 1am I had to attend reception, request clean lining clean my own bed!! Male members at reception were not to helpful

Lovely hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location and nice amenities at reception. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful.

Just a lot of construction in the area and the view was meh.

The room was really spacious, clean (although we found a used tape dispenser hidden in the curtains?) and I loved the shower. The elevator was always easy to catch and the inside seating area was really nice too.

The property was designed nicely and the staff was accommodating. The hotel is close to several karaoke lounges, a supermarket about 5-10 min walk, as well as a mini mall with a diner that we went to. Uncle Bill is the name I believe.. overall it was a nice, one night stay.

You had to pay for breakfast, no microwave in room. The valet parking was more than said from before. I was told $30 but it was $35 a day😞

The room cleaning is hit or miss. They don't do a very thorough job of cleaning. It would be nice if they offered breakfast as part of the package. Overall it was a good stay though and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are spaces and there are many places to eat nearby. The access to NYC is easy either via the subway or the LIRR. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful.

soundproofing is so-so. doors opening and closing are pretty loud anywhere in your vicinity and planes frequently fly very low over the area between 4 and 6:30 am, makes it very hard to sleep. no microwave in the room so food can’t be reheated.

very nice location, close to main street flushing. room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. bathroom was nice and big and in general everything looked either new or recently redone. good stay overall.

I thought it was a bit pricey but otherwise I enjoyed my seven-hour stay.

I liked the look and cleanliness of the property. The staff were welcoming and professional. I only stayed a few hours before having to take a flight to TX. The airport shuttle service is a bonus.

First, there were only two elevators and seven floors so it always took a long time and the elevators were always busy. Second, the bathroom door was farm-door style and very heavy. Not only did I almost hurt myself trying to close it, but I also almost knocked it off the rail because of how hard I had to tug on it every time to close it. Last, although the parking garage is not associated with the hotel, they specifically charge hotel guests more than non-hotel guests for utilizing it which I think is ridiculous and they don't even tell you when you park, especially since during check-out time it can take 20-40 minutes to get your car which can push you into the "extra day" charge in the garage. They also made me stressed by parking my vehicle right in the middle when they took it out of the garage, so I was greeted by a lot of angry honking before I could even reach the car and couldn't even get my luggage in. I had to drive out, go around the block, and double park. Overall, I do think the hotel was overpriced but it wasn't a bad stay and I would stay there again if there was a promotion.

We didn't have time to utilize the breakfast or pool, but the hotel was very clean, had good lighting, and had enough space and comfort. The blankets were perfect, and the pillows weren't too hard or too soft so I had no problem sleeping. They had some drinks and snacks in the lobby which was pretty good. The staff working at the front desk were very friendly, informed, and patient. They have carts for people with lots of luggage, and the whole process was easy enough.
