Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Unbelievable staff and I wish I could honor them personally as human beings and not employees and staff … it’s a disservice to rate hotels as they are not an entity .. only humans and human experience and interactions are. So to rate a hotel and rate its employees is useless unless these beautiful beings at the desk at housekeeping individually can be rated. Unless there are means to identify them by their face because I don’t even know nor recall how many wonderful humans were so exceptionally kk d and compassionate, it’s useless to leave reviews for corporate organizations like hotels

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was convenient, as I was in town on business. The room was a nice size and updated; despite the construction in the lobby, the room made up for that. We had a stunning view!

TurkeyThe internet speed could be better—it was about 10 Mbps when we stayed (end of June 2025). In the evenings, you can hear quite a bit of noise from the local traffic heading to the Holland Tunnel. It would also be nice to have a small refrigerator in the rooms for convenience.
If you’d like to avoid the typical tourist spots and stay near Soho, this location is ideal. Soho is just a short 5-minute walk away. The hotel itself is small and charming, with spotless rooms. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and eager to help. While the restaurant wasn’t open during our visit, we enjoyed the great coffee available at reception each morning. There are plenty of nice places to eat and have a drink just steps from the hotel.
