A bit noisy for a short period

When I first arrived, my room’s tv didn’t work, so I picked up the phone to call front desk. The phone didn’t work either. Then a staff member gave me another remote to try. That didn’t work, so they switched my room. I went down to the bar/restaurant to get a glass of wine and dinner. I was surprised there was only one customer down there at 6:30pm, then I found out why. I ordered 3 items that cost $42 (2 apps and a pork Mac and cheese). The pork Mac and cheese had only about 4 bites of food. It looked like they ran out of product. The apps were old and disgusting and missing items listed on menu. Do not eat at their restaurant! There is no free breakfast, but when I checked out I saw nobody eating in the dining room. This is probably for a good reason.

Couldn't find an ice machine but front desk provided ice.

I thought breakfast was complimentary but I may have missed that. When I got downstairs, I only saw a breakfast menu with prices.

That pot was being smoked in a room next to mine and made me ill. The smell was unbearable

Their was animal hair behind toilet and under sink in bathroom. I mentioned to front desk and his response was 'at least in wasn't in the bed'😏 I am allergic so I didn't find that amusing however I believe in giving people grace.

What started out as a 2 night stay with my semi retired disability care dog that was extended twice .I hate to travel as handicap bathroom is usually considered a disassembled tub seat under the sink from all the safety bars to the ROLL IN SHOWER ,CANNOT SAY ENOUGH the pocket door. There was plenty of room I had no saftey problems showering without my husband in the hotel room

The bedding didn't have no comforters on them felt like we had 3 sheets on us to sleep at night. It had a jacuzzi but it didn't work. And good luck trying to step in and out of the jacuzzi tub just to take a shower. .. smh 😔

Clean hotel, friendly staff. No issues with funny smells. The hot water for the shower was no issues.

The bar. 16 taps and only a choice of 3 draft beer and one cider. Hardly any bottled beer.

There was stuff in drawers room was very small for a suite and was no continental breakfast you had to pay 15 pp wasn’t worth it food was cold and not good

I did not like the shower curtain - it was too small for a large jacuzzi tub and the shower curtain bar was broken. The bathroom floor was very slippery when climbing out of the shower/jacuzzi tub and they should put a bar or non slip strips in for safety. Also more towels would be nice in jacuzzi rooms. The TV was wall mounted but did not tilt or swivel making it hard to see from the bed. No USB or phone charger ports were available on lights, or fixtures. and the room was very dark because the only ligth were bedside making it hard to see in certain areas.

The lobby was refreshing and smelled great, the night staff was attentive and very nice. The window blinds offered privacy while not blocking your view. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet for a sold out evening.
