We went to eat at the restaurant and were told it was short staffed so there would be a wait— only one table was occupied.

There's zero way to block out the noise from the street. Almost all night we could hear the sirens, honking, barking, etc. I understand we are in the heart of the city but there has to be some kind of way to eliminate that noise or at least muffle it. Also, the front door is RIDICULOUSLY hard to open - wind or no wind - that thing is heavy as f%&k.

The cost of our stay in this location made our visit a steal. The surrounding properties were priced significantly higher but there was nothing that made them worth that price that this hotel didn't have. Despite getting in pretty late, the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was SO spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in, but it checked all of the boxes that we needed for this particular trip.

They don’t store the suitcases, that’s something important because when you check out you must have a place to store the suitcases is the only thing I didn’t like

This location was perfect for us because it was walking distance to the event we attended at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Great hospitality, very tidy and clean place.

I think this is mainly a business hotel hence may serve that group well, but seemed less welcoming for tourists.

The room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The location was near to public transport and just slightly away from large busy roads, hence it was relatively quiet. There are some eateries nearby, and a relatively affordable laundromat 15min walk away.

They sold a small array of drinks and snacks, but the hours of the restaurant were limited, so I wasn’t able to get a meal.

We enjoyed our stay, however, our only complaint was the very loud noise coming from the private party that was at the restaurant next door. We didn’t even go to bed early, and we were still disturbed by the music playing loudly until midnight. It would have been a much more comfortable stay if we’d had some peace and quiet.

The property was great, good location right in the heart of downtown near bars, food, entertainment etc. The rooms were cute and comfy.

My room door lock was not secure. The stairs were available for anyone, but elevators required a room key. That didn’t make sense. My room windows could use a washing.

Would have been nice to know about the $42 parking BEFORE I checked in. That would have been a significant cost consideration when booking. Signs to inform of fee everywhere once you arrive as if they know you would otherwise have no idea. No breakfast offered free or otherwise and nothing nearby…on a Saturday.

The refrigerator wasn't cold enough for my things, they had no toothpaste or mouthwash and this happened to be a trip where I was exhausted and wanted to be relaxed after a busy work day but when I called the lady at desk she could have saved me a trip of walking down to desk after I asked for toothpaste and they had none.
