The pool was green so I was afraid to swim in it. Also, the room didn’t come with a fridge but they gave me one.

I loved that it was cute and trendy and close to everything.

The rooms are a Moxy experience, clean but yucky food

The staff were odd sometimes, they seemed to casual for what I'm used to with Marriott. Always chit-chatting amongst themselves in front of guests. I also didn't like there were minor problems, my wifi didn't work, and the TV thankfully I wasn't in the room a lot but I often had to go to the lobby to get work done. I detest the food, YUCK! Everything tasted microwaved. Even when I ate nothing on my plate, no one noticed. I also didn't know why I was placed at the furthest end of the hallway when the property wasn't full. I just hope that was an upgrade.

The rooms in a Moxy are always an experience in itself. Walking in is like an unexpected treat. The property was clean, hallways, the room and service areas. No dust or insects.

Not very soundproof inside or out. Room was nice enough but the toilet didn’t flush well.

Similar to Graduate hotels. You get a free drink. Right on the east edge of ASU with easy street train access and not too far from the rail line. Quick commute to the airport

Very poor noise barriers between rooms. I am not a light sleeper but I couldn’t sleep well the first two nights because I could hear every word spoke. by the family next door.

I just expected more seeing this was a Moxy location. It just felt like being in a renovated Holiday Inn.

The staff was helpful because I arrived very very late and they were still able to accommodate.

A week's business stay at ASU relaxed by pin ball

Missing tea/coffee cooking facility in the room is partly compensated by complimentary hot drinks in reception area.

Generous setting in room and reception hall, close to ASU campus. Tram station into Tempe & Phoenix close-by. The pin-ball machines offering free unlimited games are exceptional and basically the reason why I'm deciding to stay here. Pity they aren't particularly maintained. The drinks & breakfast items provided by the reception staff are nice.

The place felt a little deserted while I was there. Not sure if if was just the night I was there or Moxy Tempe/ASU is having trouble attracting guests. Some of the room furnishings and decor tried a little to hard to be "different" and were either cheaply made or not very practical.

Moxy Tempe/ASU is conveniently located and has clean, basic rooms. The lobby and pool areas are also fun and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful--not stuffy like at some higher end hotels.

This location seems a bit dirty, the hall carpet looks grimy and smells weird. Elevators are a bit sketchy. The traffic noise makes it hard to sleep.

This place is just cool. The style is awesome, and the lobby is great. The area seems safe.

I wish there was a coffee pot/machine in the room. You can hear cars racing and revving their engines so it was hard to sleep.

Cute and very retro! The hotel itself was quiet for the most part. Beds were comfy. Room and bathroom very clean.

...misses, the staff is not really friendly. Not welcoming, they're really bad at listening. Their shirts advise them as "crew", as if this was an open air festival. Which fits the interior design and the intended playfulness, yet if the hotel convenience lacks, what's the point at all? I booked a complimentary breakfast and they still wanted to charge me. Had a lengthy discussion and it turns out that the welcome "crew" simply forgot to give me a breakfast card. Funnily when I ordered an additional Yoghurt from the menu the "crew" wanted to charge me again. Looks like they don't talk much to each other. It turned out I was already checked out, it's likely that this will happen to you too, as the breakfast is only a menu and you have to order everything from the "crew". My room was close to the elevator which makes a weird gnarly screeching sound in the room. The gym has no Yoga/Airex mattress. The elevator stinks badly. Ordering from the room was not available as the "crew" app wasn't working. The trash bin in the room doesn't work with trash bags. That was really unhygienic. The water from the bathroom is not drinkable, you have to go down or buy more water from the CVS. Hopefully I don't have to come back.

The great pool, the comfortable bed and the location close to campus and right next to a CVS. I always enjoy hospitality without having to use a taxi/uber. The food and drinks looked sub par but tasted surprisingly good. A lot of hits and even more...
