The mattress has a good sized dip in it. The toilet paper could be better quality. Written instructions left in the unit for usage of the tv.

I loved the proximity to the beach. The general cleanliness of the unit was a plus. Also, the key code entry to you don't have to keep up with a key.

Towels feel like sandpaper, skillets are warped and hard to cook with, cheap toilet paper and only 1 roll. Asked about a Broom and was told they didn't provide those, I feel like that is important on a beach! Also, no trashbags were provided!

Location was perfect, and the view was spectacular. Home was clean but not completely ready at check-in. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay again, but we would bring more from our home.

No operative elevator. The skillet I used to cook breakfast was a thin piece of metal. It should have been heavier to provide a more uniform distribution of heat.

Now I am going to nit pick. when we first arrived the condo smelled musty and mildewy. so we went and purchased wall plug ins and left the ceiling fans run and that seemed to help a lot. When you flush the toilet it makes a whining sound for about 60 seconds, super weird. There were no hangers nor a dresser for your clothes. So we went and bought some and just left them there for the next people. The hot tub was broken when we got there but the pool lady said the break flipped and she fixed it and said it would be fixed by the end of the day. It sure did…. then it was scalding hot you couldn’t even sit in it. The tub was clogging up and needed some draino. lastly the closets doors were off track so husband and I fixed them. it needs a little TLC due to normal wear and tear.

we had a blast here! the location couldn’t be better! We would definitely stay again! it was I. our budget. loved being on tue 1st floor. it overlooked the pool and made beach access super easy!

The pictures are way too edited. The place is more outdated than the pictures let it seem, but it was overall an awesome stay.

Access to the beach was so easy and there were several restaurants within walking distance. The place was cute too.

The unit had barely been cleaned. The dishes were placed in the cabinets dirty! Bedspreads were stained and dirty. Cigarette pack was under end table. Bedroom remote was missing.

Toilet ran nonstop and tub didn’t drain hardly at all. A horrible noise in bathroom that kept waking us up( Maybe water lines bad when above condo flushes). A lot of Mold on bathroom ceiling. Needs cleaned better in corners of floors and counters and bunk blankets smelled musty and pee. Closet doors off track/broke. Mop falling apart. Thermostat unreadable. Could use more than 1 extra trash bag and more than 1-2 hand towels.

Loved that it was located right by the pool and short walk to beach.

Didn’t have the home feeling from the pictures they need to do an update on their photos the ceilings were dusty shower curtains tore up and moldy… Not only did the washer not work they never came to see about it we’re on the beach wet clothes and towels with nowhere to wash the INCONVENIENCE of this and the part that nobody came in the 3 days there! Had to go wash somewhere else on my VACATION. We had to get up to manually change the TV in the bedroom because the remote batteries was so corroded it wasn’t working…Its sad you pay all this money and it’s nothing you can do about it.They make this money they need to put some back in the units making it nicer.

The location is great….did have kitchen appliances working stove…microwave etc.

Upon arrival, the front door was unlocked. I just opened the door, no code needed... The bathroom is sad experience..shower curtain is dirty, drain is not working.. sofa bed-please buy a new one

The heat pump was too little for the space. It worked the entire stay, but the room stayed around 80 degrees. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were flat.

It was exactly as pictured. There was lots of space and a balcony. The property was very clean, and the vibe was very family friendly.
