Giant wasp in the room when we got there and clothes outside the entry door we had to move to get in.

We enjoy the pool and the separate rooms for the kids.

Nothing that was make or break but worth mentioning.Furniture needs to be updated- not very comfy from chairs at table and couch to bed. Need lay down loungers at pool. We only had 2 wash cloths for 4 days- no kleenex and kitchen barely stocked with necessities. Most stations on TV including Chiefs game would not come in. Refrigerator was leaking water inside on arrival. Terrible lighting in bathroom- sink area. Found French fries on floor by bed on arrival and red stuff on kitchen floor. Hotel was not busy- we requested close to pool and got put in back Bldg instead.

Great location, washer/dryer in the one bedroom was nice. Room was cool and fairly clean. Hot water for showers. Pool area was clean. Staff was nice and room was sufficient in size.

Pool was nice check in good good location water pressure great. I would probably stay again for a quick getaway people working we're great ready to help with anything

Could have been cleaner. The blanket had stains on it, the trim around the bathroom floor had idk what on it and there was clumps of hair in the shower.

I loved the space of the suite we got. Definitely a perfect fit for our large family. The staff was very helpful and informative.

I discovered that I am allergic to possibly the laundry products used for your sheets. So probably won’t be staying again. Also we tend to check in late at night and your office looked like it was closed when we got there.

Floors were a little dirty, our toddler got a bit of dirt on her legs every time she was crawling.

Loved how close we were to the pool and the amount of space our family had (was not aware we were getting TWO bathrooms).

It was supposed to be a no smoking room. But smelled strongly of cigarettes. Other than that we were pleased.

Plenty of room. The beds were comfortable.

There were no curtains or drapes on the windows. The blinds provided privacy but little to no light filtration, I did not sleep well because it was basically like trying to go to sleep with the lights on. I eventually slept with a pillow over my head. The bedding was also a little cheap and thin.

The room was spacious and gave everyone their own bed and allowed us to spread out. The two bathrooms were great with 4 preteens I was able to designate separate bathrooms.

I write about the curtains in every review but to date nothing has changed. The rooms NEED curtains! It's so bright when the sun comes up that you cannot sleep. Unfortunately I had a migraine on Saturday and it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep in a cold, dark room because there are only blinds. I know curtains sound minimal but when you're paying more than $100 a night that's a small thing to ask. This visit our headboard was not attached to the wall so any movement would cause it to hit against the wall. That got annoying very quickly. Lastly, I wish there were "curved" shower curtain rods for a little extra room. It's hard to shower when the shower curtain is constantly "blowing in" and touching you.

We love the location! It's off the main strip and very quiet. The front desk staff are always amazing no matter what time you check in!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

I loved everything about the property very clean and wasn’t expecting a condo type unit so that was a pleasant surprise!

Our only complaint is the lack of curtains. As soon as the sun comes up, the bedroom is flooded with light. The windows only have blinds.

The room, the beds, everything was perfect. Our family had a great time. Also liked the location. The basketball court kept our kids busy.

This place has the best weights/gym I have ever seen-- if you lift you won't find better.
