The worst sheets ever. Very scratchy. So we make sure to always bring our own blankets and pillows. Not a huge deal.

Could use a lamp between the two beds. Overhead light was only light source in bedroom portion. Walls are thin and can hear TV and conversations from next door room.

Spacious room, plenty to do, Hostess was very kind and helpful.

Housekeeping could have been better. Towels/wash clothes were not left on day 2. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair all over floor.

Pools were fun for the kids. Movie Night was great selections. Easter weekend. Close to everything. Easy access to food, shopping and boardwalk.

I didn’t like that there were ants everywhere sink bed floor walls. Also they didn’t specify when booking that the outdoor pool was closed. I didn’t like that before checkout cleaning staff open the door didn’t even knock and I’m glad I had the inside chain on or they would’ve gotten in. That was a whole hour before checkout. They apologized but still.

I like that you can tell they can accommodate a lot of people. And staff was nice specially at the indoor pool and cleaning staff.

The room was more motel like than resort. The room was clean on the surface, but a kids toy rolled under the bed and when I went to get it there was shoes and balls of hair. The room was non smoking but the scent of weed irradiated throughout the whole building. There was Easter candy under the safe. For the two nights we were there it wasn't bad, but if we were there for a longer stay I would definitely want to be in the cottages.

The pool and location were great. We only got to see the indoor but the outdoor pool looked like it would be a great time when in season. The beds were comfortable and the staff was quick to address needs.

The room was outdated, and like the ship in front of our room we were sinking in those mattresses (very uncomfortable) you could literally feel you were sleeping in a hole.

The linens on the bed were awful. The rooms were kind of small for a family who is staying more than a night or two. The bathroom is small. The toilet is on top of the tub and right behind the door.

The indoor pool was the perfect depth for my littles. They had a good time and I could worry less about "the deep end". Life jackets and other devices were also offered! The playground was nice for smaller children, but my children (11, 9, 8) found it a little "booooring". Basketball, volleyball, and mini golf are all available. As are grills and picnic tables. During peak there is an outdoor pirate ship pool and a splash pad! There's a snack bar inside the indoor pool. I also liked the movie theater in the main building. The location was excellent. In summer though it wouldn't be the same! Traffic would be awful!

There was closed up oder that needed to be aired out each time can back in. When I would leave back door open to air out couple temple had to close during to neighbor smoking.

Walls are super thin and some people are just naturally loud 🙃

Love staying here with my child,it feels safe and clean and hard for the kids to get bored even in the off season! The movie theater and playground are our favorite,splash pad in the summer right outside our backdoor in the deleware building is every parents with toddlers dream! We don't even have to leave the resort to find things to do.

They put us on the 2nd floor & we had to carry our heavy luggage up the outside flight of steps.

Some towels had marks and originally we thought we would have a kitchen in our room. When we looked through the pictures on this site it only shows 1 type of room, which was disappointing once we got there. However, our stay was great. Also, the indoor pool was a bit chilly 🥶

The location is perfect! Close enough to Ocean City and plenty of restaurants.

Needs some TLC, water smelled like rotten eggs , building needs cleaning. Rotten wood trim in bathroom with start of black mold
