There was a big pile of ants where food had been dropped and picked up. Housekeeping didn't leave toilet paper. Left 1 flat sheet when bed was completely stripped.

Wish things stayed open a little later than 10 pm. Especially on the weekend. (My stay being a holiday weekend) Some maintenance and updateing things needed to be done. The big slide at the park was cracked and another child cut their leg on it. The next day there was duct tape over it. Indoor pool looked like they started to power wash sitting area floors but gave up halfway through (green), and some of the non-slip material was cracked or a chunk was missing. One of the beds in our room would rock when getting on (bed frame broke?) Part of the frame over hung but was covered by the blankets and my leg clipped it a couple of times. Some water stains/ mold(?) spot on the ceiling ìn the bathroom, no tub stopper, entry door needed new seals. Top was ok but the gap got wider as the door went to the floor. Coffee wasn't very good.

Traveling with little kids, I loved having multi pools and activities to keep them entertained. The 1st day was cold and windy so I loved having the heated indoor pool. Only exception, the staff had windows opened which left the pool air and water feeling cold. I did love the set up of the outdoor splash pad for little kids and the outdoor pool. Unfortunately for my stay the weather was cooler so those pools were too cold for our toddlers. Didn't get a chance to try it, but loved that the resort had a mini golf course and family movies with popcorn, and i believe you could fish in the pond. I loved the shuttle service and the fact that when returning, they would drop you off at the building you were staying in. This was a great extra step going above. I also liked the picnic areas. All the staff we encountered were friendly and managed to keep trash cans empty, things cleaned, and plenty of towels for the pools.

The pools are great! The kids loved the playground and they also have movie night for the family which is a great way to wind down for the night and enjoy a nice movie!

The air conditioner placement is right next to the bed which makes the person sleeping there extremely chilly. The comforter/blankets for the beds are thin. They should leave more than one per bed or change the blankets.

We like the indoor activities available, location and shuttle option.

You can tell rooms need a little bit of TLC. The toilet had water stains, coffee sucked,they asked that if you use dishes put them back which was fine but no dish liquid.

Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, pool and hot tubs were great they came by all the time and tested it. We just had drinks that were good. Love that they have shuttles.

We had very loud people above us. Kid was running and jumping off bed most the night. Was a sign said no kids under 14 in hot tub but kids were jumping and diving into the hot tub. One kid jumped in splashed water into our drinks. Need someone to be around to enforce the rules.

Pool was very nice as well as the hot tub. Very cool they had a shuttle taking people back and forth to boardwalk.

There was a musty smell in the room, the carpet looked old and dirty, the bathroom flooded with every shower.The indoor pool was freezing cold so I went to the jaccuzi but the staff wouldn’t allow my 10 year old to put his feet in which was hard because he wanted to sit with me. I also did not know it was motel style , I couldn’t get up the stairs with my stroller and there’s no elevator.

The shuttle was super convenient , the lift made it easy for me to get on and off the shuttle with my stroller and the drivers were always nice about helping with the lift , dropping us at our door after and even waiting for the rest of our party to arrive on leaving. The shuttles also run constantly which is great because you never have to wait more than 15 min.

Great value, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was ideal and the shuttle service to the boardwalk was a great bonus. Parking at the resort was plentiful. My kids had a great time.

The only issue we had was we were in the main lodge area and our room was right above the movie theater room and being they had movies at 10 pm,it was hard for our 5 year old grandson as for myself also to fall asleep with the loud noise.

This is our 2nd year we stayed here. Staff was nice. The room was enough for our family. Didn't have any issues. Our grandson loves the splash pad and pools.. It's nice everything is right there on the property. Definitely be back 🙂

It’s nothing that we didn’t like we were pleased with the trip my granddaughter didn’t want to leave that was the only problem. She is seven we will have to stay longer.

Customer service was great, my room was good and we enjoyed the pools, beach , close to restaurants location is good. My toilet was dirty but I told the front desk and they took care of it and they thanked me for letting them know that.
