We were surprised to learn that property basement was occupied - didn’t see this in bookings.com listing. The tennant was very quiet and Chris was great in explaining the details when we inquired after seeing someone enter the yard from the locked side gate. Our biggest concern was that our dogs could have been in the yard at the time, so we just made sure that two of us were outside with them at all times (to watch the gate).

Great Location, safe, exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen & bathrooms, simple to operate heating/AC unit, dual-pane windows allowed for good airflow, large fenced/gated yard for car & pets.

It was very clean yet could have used some deep cleaning (scuffed baseboards, wall scuffs, etc). Did not ruin our experience by any means. The rental was exceptionally clean otherwise & had no other concerns.

The beds were memory foam and phenomenal, slept incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil & dish we could need, super close to everything (grocery store, gas, restaurants, museums, shopping). It was honestly a wonderful first experience renting a home instead of a hotel. Safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

We like everything.

Great Kichen, bath amenities! Nice quiet neighborhood. Good location to go on sight seeing places. We had a dog and this place has a large fenced yard to play ball with him and even provides a dog dish! Beds are comfortable with lots of towels. It has washer and dryer which was nice to have. Good furniture and nice streaming TV. Description says there is a renter in the basement, but we never saw or heard him in 4 days. :-) We will definitely recommend this cute house!

Clean and quiet. We liked that they provided throws in the living room along with the usual furniture. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and coffee was provided along with extras like creamer and the usual shelf-stable condiments.

We loved the house itself as well as the proximity to the university. The owner was very helpful and kept in touch. The house had great provisions.

The location was great. Easy access to the entire Tucson. The house was also well equipt and had everything that you need for a visit.

The streets in the neighborhood are generally dark at night. And also, we were not informed that someone else was living in the basement of the house. Although it was not a big deal to us (because we don't interact with them at all and they have separate access doors), I think it would be helpful to include it in the booking details.

The unit itself is beautiful, modern, well lit, peaceful, and the amenities are worth the price. Very good location! Near the bus stop and establishments. And the best thing is, it's just less than 20 mins away from the Tucson International Airport! The hosts are very accommodating and easy to contact too!

No issues with the place at all.

Beautiful three bedroom two bath single level house. It was an easy walk to the University of Arizona. The house locks were programmed for me and there was a gated and locked parking area in the back accessible from the alley.

So much better than a stuffy hotel room at about the same cost. Owners have done a wonderful job renovating and upgrading this property. It is a gem!

Alley access wasn't very appealing, however we never felt insecure in the property. Its just off a fairly busy road. Could NOT hear road noise from inside the house.

Well appointed home. Had everything we needed. Location was good for visiting Saguaro National Parks. Hosts gave good restaurant recommendations. Host was very responsive to our needs before and during our stay.

The smell is very noticeable/bad. I think the neighbor below needs to empty their litter box. We could also smell when they had a smoke, but that was rare.

A lot!! Very clean. The bed I slept in was amazing (my sister said hers was, too)! Cute layout, nice space. Lots of natural light with wood blinds for privacy/darkness. Great soap,shampoo, and conditioner. Hair drier in both bathrooms. Great coffee maker with plenty of coffee/tea. Restaurants within walking distance.
