We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainThe free wifi requires you to become a member of the hotel. Besides that, the free wifi is not enough to do anything productive. They also sell a premium internet package, which is quite absurd to me. I had to use my phone data to work from the hotel, which defeated the purpose of staying at this hotel in the first place.

SwitzerlandI had a great stay at this hotel – the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything worked as expected. The only downside for me was the price, which felt a bit high. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and the quality of the hotel did help make up for it. I suspect the price might be influenced by the lack of competition in the area, which could explain the higher rates. Still, it’s something to consider when booking.

Everything was great. The spa wasn't working when we were there which was a bummer but Everything eles was good. It's very clean and safe with very friendly staff. My kids liked the cookies and we liked the convenience of the bar and restaurants. The Gym was small but great.

United StatesService was extremely slow for breakfast. We think our order was forgotten. Our friends came down and sat for food after us, they finished eating and we still hadn’t gotten our food. Our friends notified their waitress about us. Within 5 mins our food was out and was scorching hot so we think they realized they forgot and made it very fresh.
Food was great. Space was great. Very comfortable bed!
