Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was honestly blown away by the value I got for this hotel in the centre of San Francisco! Compared to other places I've stayed it had so much - great lobby area with fantastic bar and food. Felt extremely welcome and ended up sitting at the bar to eat and chat to the staff, other guests and even locals who frequent the bar. Karaoke on request and staff were extremely clear and helpful. Gym is decent for a hotel gym - plenty of space and an array of dumbbells with a bench. Absolutely ample and would definitely stay here again for business travel.

SingaporeNo kettle. It would be useful for guests who needs hot water for their tea or warm water for medication. Window casement aircon. Thankfully San Francisco was cool during our stay and we didn't have to turn it full blast which would be very noisy.
Location is good.. near Powell Station and Market St with access to different modes of transport, including the BART and cable car. Love their big signboard with the hotel name so we never got lost. Room with day bed was good enough for 3 adults and beds were comfortable. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is good. There are enough power sockets and USB outlets all around. Next door to a very good cafe.

The room is comfortable and has everything that you need. It’s spotless. Everyone i encountered was super friendly and supportive. The location is perfect, in the middle of downtown, walkable and accessible by public transport. Probably not the most convenient if you have a car though.

MalaysiaThe room didn't have a microwave oven. The room was a bit small and the window looked out to an internal mechanical equipment courtyard.
The hotel is in down town San Francisco and very close to the metro station and street car stop (both a 3 minute walk). It is very convenient for travelling to all the SF attractions. The room and bathroom were clean. The hotel was nicely decorated and the lobby had several seating area options which was nice.

United StatesWindow air conditioner ridiculously noisy. Elevator was out of service during stay, announcement that it was repaired came as we were checking out. Carried luggage up and down three flights of stairs. Wish we could have opened the window at night rather than run the air conditioner.
Daybed in foyer in addition to queen bed perfect for the three of us. Very close to cable car turn around, streetcars and BART station for exploring city.
