It was an ok property

There was ants all in my room I wrote the property manger about it and no answer. You could hear everything outside. The towel hold fell on its on. This is a shared facility and it doesn’t mention it

Poor attention to the customer

The bedroom & shower we had was nice.

This booking is not clear that it is a shared house. It was a surprise when we received our welcome message to find this out. Especially with the price that we paid, we did not expect to have to clean up after other people and the poor quality of our stay. The house was leaking, so many fruit flies, plus having to deal with the messes of other people & clean up after them. House is very old with windows that have cracks to outside & provide no insulation. Received 3 towels for a 4 night stay for 2 people. House is extremely hot. Can’t communicate with housekeeping as she doesn’t speak any english. When making an attempt to communicate, looked annoyed that i was making an attempt and tried to shut me down. Low quality pans and burners. I had it on low & the heat was definitely high. There’s also people living in a camper in the backyard? It was not clear if the drinking water was for guests so we had to use tap water until we bought water bottles. Overall, not impressed for spending almost $1k for 4 nights 2 miles away from downtown…

Clean

There is nothing in the room but a bed. No way to work on a laptop. This is only a property for a night sleep. The room is located of one airport runway heading. Had a few planes starting passing right over it.

Decent location, not far from the Downtown. At this price, it's a great stay. The room is in great condition with a private bathroom. It's spacious and perfectly clean. There's a shared kitchen with everything you might need, and it is also spotless. If you're on a budget, it's solid and doesn't cost much to Uber to the popular sights.

It was nice and spacious, it was alot different than regular Miami homes which was cool.

That room specifically was the hottest room because the sun hits that part of the house the most. You can’t control the A/C it’s run by the host. Also the washer and dryer was “only” for staff

The environment and apartment is really good but the bedsheets were not changed. I’ve asked to do but they did. Ot have enough clean ones to change entire set. I had to buy new one by-myself. It’s pity such a nice environment is lacking just to provide clean bedsheets that makes my comment negative.
