Beautiful pond. Nice facilities. Comfortable room. Nice restaurant with breakfast discount.

This hotel was our best experience in a 2 weeks long roadtrip. We booked two rooms for our family of 5 and price was totally fair. Rooms were perfect: clean and crispy. We appreciated small terrace in the evening when kids went to bed. We loved that hotel has restaurant on premises with early breakfast (from 6:30am) and dinner availability. Nice gardens, pool and river views. Service was fantastic - front desk people were very nice and helpful. We also really appreciated that hotel refunded us our last night when we decided to finish our roadtrip earlier. We hope to return! We drove to Lassen NP from the hotel and the distance was manageable.

The property was beautifully landscaped and has a very peacefu and welcomingl vibe.

Our actual room was empty and dingy. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. The bathroom was also outdated and unpleasant. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. Looks like they're doing construction, so hopefully these things are being addressed. But the room was a stark contrast from the rest of the property and was very overpriced for the condition. Plus the hold they placed on my card continued to stay on for over 10 days after I checked out.

We were given a handicap room and the shower head was laying across where a hook should be. So, there was no way to hang it and we had to hold it while trying to shower. Also, needed more than one towel per guest, two would have been perfect.

The way the resort was set up. We came for a quick stop on our way to the north; but ended up loving the place and the nearby waterfront. It was set up really nice with lights at night.

Right on the river. We got upgraded to a riverside cottage that was very roomy and had a beautiful view of the river.

Actually I liked the pond, not so much where our room was located bc it looked out to the freeway.

The grounds were very pretty. The room was nice and large. They except pets for a fee.

My room was suppose to be a non smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes. Gross.

Clean, nice area and great coffee in the lobby.
