Need to clean corners in bathroom and dust ceiling in bedroom. Bed needs replacing.

Liked having separate kitchenette, dining and sofa area from the queen bedroom. I like the location

It was dated, but still really nice. It's nice being away from the sea wall and having a private beach walk. I'd stay here again if in galveston.

There is nothing we didn't like! Just a heads up it is a family resort so there are a lot of kids! It didn't bother us though we were always in different areas away from the kids and the beach is so big you can find many spots with no kids around. If you do have kids they have daily activities for them, so that would be a positive thing for a family.

This is an older resort but they have kept the place up! It is very clean with everything you need for the stay. The location is awesome, you are right on the beach( you don't have to walk across the street like a lot of places are in Galveston) the place has great views and beautiful homes surrounding it! The staff are super friendly and helpful!

The property is very isolated. Nothing is nearby. You have a washer and dryer you share with the room next to you. I did a load of laundry and the dryer was broken. I started it 4 times and my clothes never dried. I let the front office know. She let me know I would be getting a survey and I can share there. I was hoping for it to be a fixed. I went home with a trash bag of wet clothes

The pool overlooked the ocean. It was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly especially the cleaning crew. They were very kind anytime I passed them. Our room was clean.

I enjoyed everything about this property.

The location of this place was amazing with little patios to hang out on and waste the day away. Staff was very courteous and even found us a room with a better view of the ocean. The pool was well cared for and I believe I saw the same maintenance guy several times making sure everything was in good working order.

Occasionally, some customers would smoke at the pool. That really needs to be enforced!! No smoking!!

Kitchen included full refrigerator and stove top!! Instead of going out, we prepared our food. Kroger five miles away!

This was the first time ever that we requested early check in and the staff said they would have the cleaning team prioritize it but it did not happen. We did not get the call until exactly 4 pm.

The room was nice except that the hot water did not work in the tub. It was comfortable and the views we fantastic.

Broken elevator made it very difficult to get in and out especially with luggage!no excuses for that!!

The rooms could use some updating. Floors and counter tops are old and shoe signs of wear and damage. The bathroom could use a little updating as well. Also one elevator was out control forever to get up and down. Also, they need more luggage carts had to wait and keeping checking for over an hour before I could find one.

It’s right on the water and down just a little ways from the busy seawall.
