The breakfast options were mostly typical overprocessed foods. The furniture and carpeting looked worn and stained in our room. Check your room door when you close it to make sure it locks. We discovered the following morning that our door didn't lock when we closed it. I assume this was an oversight but I have learned to always check my door at hotels.

The hotel has an eccentric vibe to it with an open space in the center. It felt like you stepped by in time and were someplace like New Orleans with the indoor balcony. This open space featured various pieces of wall art for sale. The room was large and had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. There was coffee available 24 hours.

Although the beds were comfortable, they were small. The rooms are big enough they could accommodate two queen beds. There is a major echo from the lobby due to the open floor plan and when there are groups of people it can be a little loud.

The staff were kind. The location is great. It was close enough to great food and shopping, but far enough from traffic congestion and noise. Rooms are large and I like that the bathroom and shower are separate from the sink. It allows for more people to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was great, with lots of options.

The blue curtains in the interior public area are old and outdated.

There's no ventilation in the bathrooms and mold was growing on the ceiling because of it.

The king rooms are huge and great value overall. Staff was very nice and accommodating for our group of 30+ people.

Pool was closed for “maintenance” the whole weekend. Gift shop was great with aspirin, tums, etc, but didn’t have tampons.

Like all the other hotels in/near Cincinnati they jacked up their rates for the Taylor Swift concert.

The inside of the property is a bit quirky but I loved it! The rooms were very large and spacious.
