Although clean, the towels were a bit old. You can also hear the noise of the person staying in the next room.

The location was very good. You can only walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Don't expect anything big. I stayed in a room with one king bed but the room size was good. I think it is quite good in terms of price and performance.

The room didn’t look at all like the pictures , it was old , the towels had stains and the microwave was disgusting. We didn’t even dare to use the coffee machine seeing the conditions of the towels and microwave. There wasn’t much space to leave our stuff. You could hear the people on the room next door and the constant traffic outside.

The location was good for our trip , with easy access and a short drive to Monterey. The communication with the hotel was easy and the person who did our check in was friendly

There was a few issues such as construction next door and the soap dispenser not working but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was very accessible for the Monterey area. The price was good for the number of beds. There isn't much else to say. Standard room with inclusions you'd expect from a hotel.

I didn't care for the Xtreme skinny Indian dude he was by far the rudest of all no e time I asked I'm TP n he said no 30 mim while he was in the bathroom or I other side

That when I went in and I got the room I have a pet for for my issues that I have for anxiety and stuff and he didn't believe me that I had a pet for my anxiety and I didn't know that he's like well let me see my reticle records mine for my medical records I don't think I have to show him my medical records at all but we want to see me freaking out he understood why I had the dog

They were working on the property when I arrived till the moment I left. Not too crazy noisy but my door constantly had the workers’ ladders and drop rags and piles of stuff in front of it and I felt like I was in the middle of their conversation every time I left my room. While staying there I was in their way and vice versa. I understand not wanting to close down while under renovation but it was annoying. They have two buildings, while a pain they could keep work limited to one building and rent out the other building and switch to keep guests rooms not in the middle of their renovations.

They are clearly putting some money into renovating it which is lovely to see! The pillows & bed were very comfy.

Easy access by automobile to Monterey and Carmel. Bathroom clean and tidy.
