The steps going up to the chalet was very steep esp with luggage, need the back porch with a gate and picnic table and grill instead of down at foot of steps, it needed to be furnished with wood for fireplace, shower was very small, hot water was extremely hot, pots n pans needed to be stainless

Location was beautiful, cabin entry was so easy receiving a lockbox code and getting key myself. I cant wait to come back for my next getaway! I wouldnt change a thing, and inside the cabin was nice and clean!! Thank you....

The only thing we wish is that the back porch swing hadn’t been broken so we could have used it and that the hot tub blower and lights would have been working. They did clean the hot tub but man the chemicals were so strong they kept making me cough like crazy.

The cabin was SO great for our mom & dad getaway! Beautiful and simple, only what you need but enough relaxation to please! The place is so peaceful and so romantic that way opted to cook dinner in the cabin because it just seemed perfect. A small but oh so inviting cabin perfect for newlyweds or just the couple like us wanting to rejuvenate ourselves. The staff were prompt and very polite, would DEFINITELY book again!! Beware the terrain to get to the cabin is kinda rough, I wouldn’t recommend a small car (we had a van and did ok)

Only true complaint was the oven was broken and only cooked at 500 degrees. Also dont show up after dark or you'll never find it. Thankfully we did not...but had we there's no way!

It was exactly what we wanted and needed! Just know when you book it you have to expect you're getting the camping feeling in the woods. It's a nice get away with your s/o where you can relax and get away from life. No cable. We did have internet. It was clean. It had appliances. The bed was more comfortable than expected. Nice blankets and pillows. Hot tub worked but nothing fancy which you really don't need. Again, if you want the 5 star hotel experience this isn't the place for you. Even tho when I stay at hotels that is what I like...but we weren't going for that this time we were going for the cabin life, the mountain air, quality time together away from the world. We were very pleased!!!! Bigger picture: it is up high in the mountains. Better put ur 4 wheel drive into gear! The inside was very clean. The outside was your typical cabin..yes there wil be spiders but we really had none inside at all. The tub worked. Some complaints by others that there wasn't enough hot water...that was not the case for us. The hot tub worked but there aren't a lot of jets and a couple weds broken...and the chlorine burned my bfs eyes but didn't bother me really....the bed was cozy but I also brought a bunch of blankets of my own to lay on bc I like to have a cozy bed and I'm glad I did but that's just me. We did forget things like charcoal...and dvds. Don't forget dvds bc there is no cable. We did make a trip to Walmart but they really do provide alot. They even had 2 bathrobes ready for us to use. Firewood is expensive so ya might wanna purchase that prior to coming. It is cool at night even during labor day weekend (which was nice bc were from myrtle beach). Oh and shower was very small.Again we were very pleased. It's a perfect 3 night get away!!

(1) Bed was not very comfortable, it wasn’t the worst bed but the bed could use an upgrade. (2) The hot tub area seemed questionable so we didn’t use it. The hot tub is built into the front porch which is really cool; however, the wood around the hot tub is water damaged. It is sunk down and moved if you stepped near it. That is NOT safe! I guess between the hot tub and half the porch not being covered, water has damaged the wood over time. It needs to be replaced before someone gets hurt. (3) There is NO WiFi or TV service at this cabin. That is not something that was in the listing. All the other cabins we have stayed in, had both or at least one of them. It has a big flat screen in the cabin but nothing to watch. (4) The cabin itself needs more cleaning. There was dust and cobwebs through out the cabin and the fireplace looks like someone set a huge fire and burned the stone, it could use cleaned.

I’d like to say that overall it was a good stay. It is Secluded and has a jacuzzi inside. It is a very peaceful area. Very secluded, I would recommend a vehicle with all wheel drive or 4WD. It had nice pillows, comfortable bedding, and soft towels. There needs to be improvements done.

There were no streetlights leading to the cabin. It was very hard to maneuver around the washed out driveway in the dark. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

I never got to see the cabin. I was not met by anyone, and when I was finally given the address of the cabin it was on a steep mountain and hardly any address numbers to go by, and maps didn't work up on the mountain either. Very disappointing, so I went down the mountain and found a woman that got me to the main road and I had to rent a hotel room for a couple of nights. Then my time there started improving considerably. I would not recommend it at all, but there are also no refunds from them, which doesn't seem right since I never got to the cabin at all and I had to get another room to stay in.
