A/C was on all night and it was freezing cold and there's no remote control, basically I had to ask the receptionist to adjust the temperature but it was still freezing cold and I started sneezing because of this

There where no curtains at the beds, so limited privacy. But that’s really it.

Its more a Hotel than a Hostel feeling. I liked that the Shower and toilet in the room was separate. It was very clean and you needed the room key to close the door so forgetting the key was impossible. The lockers had a goos size too! The pool was nice and the location was very good, close to the beach!

The property is very clean and well-organized. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed that allowed me to sleep very well. The location is convenient, with many areas to walk to nearby and a bus stop within walking distance.

They offer towel and beach towel included in the price of the hostel. However, many guests keep their towel in the room with them. So if you have a towel, only return if they have one available to exchange at the time. I stayed 3 days waiting to get a towel. They have their own restaurant, so you can't bring food from outside. There is no common kitchen. It would be nice to have curtains in the beds for more privacy.

The hostel has a hotel structure, meaning it is fancier than a regular hotel. Location is great: 1 block away from the beach and bus/trolley stop is just in front of the hostel. You can get to/from the airport by taking the bus 150 and without traffic it takes approx 30min to get there. The hostel is in a quiet area, but 20-30 min away by bus from the south of Miami Beach where you have more restaurants/night clubs/shops.... I stayed in a 4-bed room and there was a bathroom just for our room which was better than sharing the shower with the whole floor or hostel. The beds are very comfortable and stable. Bring your water bottle and you can get unlimited refill at the hostel.

Staff is hit or miss. Been times when they are great and times when they act like they don't have time for you. I have stayed there a few times and it's not a big enough deal to not come back. It's one of the better deals in Miami Beach. Nothing is perfect. No major complaints.

King rooms are great. I have stayed in the dorms too and they are also great. Nice pool. Nice lobby with a restaurant. Clean and well kept up hostel. The king rooms are basically a nice hotel room. When you hit it in the off season, the rooms are very reasonable. Dorm prices are higher than the normal hostel but this place is posh for a hostel.

Bedside curtains would have been helpful to ensure privacy and security. They did respond to my early check in request but couldn't accommodate it. The rule of not bringing in outside food was unfortunate. Breakfast is available for an extra charge, but it would be nice if it was included with the room rate.

I stayed in the 4-bed female dorm. It was very clean with the suite having its own sink, shower, and toilet inside. The suite was very spacious, had plenty of bedside outlets, and solid Wi-Fi. The lobby of the hotel had plenty of seating and was nicely decorated, but more power outlets would have been nice. A water dispenser is available for guests to fill their water bottle. The location was great. It's located on a main street, but it was very quiet. The bus to the airport is located directly across the street.

It was a bit noisy but to be expected

I had breakfast there 2 mornings in a row and both were delicious. The room was clean and staff was friendly. Location was in walking distance to the beach and it was close by to many central restaurants and locations.

Parking was a challenge. No free parking and some days, parking spaces near the hotel was hard to get.

We thought we booked a Junior Suite with a shuffleboard table as the pictures showed and I checked via messenger when booking that this would be the case, but there was no shuffleboard in the room. As we were checked in early and had plans we didn’t contest this with reception. The security staff was very particular, although we weren’t spoken to. We saw multiple others told to move their feet from the sofa (he had his foot slightly tucked under with no footwear on) and others were pulled up for bringing canned soft drinks into the hotel which seems a bit of an unfair rule.

The receptionist at the hotel was fantastic. She knew we had booked for our honeymoon, and did everything she could to make it special by checking us in early and giving us complimentary late check out, plus breakfast. Our room was clean and spacious. We loved the decor throughout the hotel as it was quite fun. The pool looked quite good but we didn’t use it. The bikes worked well for us to explore the south of Miami Beach.

-the room can get very cold at night -flying insects around the pool after 6 -no outside food allowed, and their food options are very limited

-Great location, 5 minutes walking to the beach and 1 or 2 minutes to bus stations -They provide room and beach/pool towels. -clean rooms -very big lockers -water dispenser -very nice pool -multiple relaxing areas -clean hit showers
