Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Statesrooms need an update, new carpet, air conditioning. Fortunately, the weather changed, and outside temperature became cooler, otherwise, the room temperature would have been unbearable. Front desk was notified but was not repaired during our stay.

United StatesIt is an older property and while they did their best to spruce it up, it needed more than paint and new carpets. There were weird things, like large gaps between vent or closet doors and walls. We booked the room so we could park and walk to a concert. We paid for parking, but ended up getting refunded for that fee, because parking isn't strictly enforced and non guests filled the lot. An end table in our room was broken, so much so that any items on it would fall off, and someone must have reheat fish in the microwave, so it had a strong fishy smell whenever we entered the room. All other rooms were booked, due to the concert, so we were stuck with it. Nothing, was offered to compensate for this (such as complimentary bottled water).
The staff members were friendly and tried to be helpful. The rooms were spacious.

United StatesCleaning product smell enter g the room , very thin doors because you felt like people in the hall were standing in your room and they were not being loud . Parking was limited and I had to park on the street because they people not in hotel parking there ! That was biggest issue and when we called they did not seem concerned .. just that's" there will be parking later when we enforce it "
Location was great for walking to the Done to see a concert to avoid traffic which was insane . Check in and out was super easy , beds comfortable and Room was clean
