Spaciousness of the king-bed room

Pay to park in an unsecured lot, queen-bed room was small, had no hot water one day, and the floors left socks black. My child had an accident and wet the bedding. I had used pads to protect the mattress, but when I told staff, I was looked at with disdain and asked again to explain what happened as if a kid wetting the bedding was unacceptable.

Monica at the front desk was very helpful. I loved the giant scrabble game in the lobby it was on the wall.

Our first room part of the ceiling was falling down, they did not have a similar room for us to move to that night. They did move us the next day and ungraded us no charge. The bar closed at 11, the bartender was quick to leave....prior to it closing.

Room.size was big for the money and the have electric car chargers on site.

Unfortunately the room was really hot with no way to adjust. In addition there were portions of the floor un vacuumed.

Convenience = parking and proximity to the University Restaurant was lovely Front desk very helpful

The rooms were dingy

The staff is very friendly and helpful!

When I arrived, they lady at the front desk, told me they were given me an upgrade at no charge...thought that was very kind. When I entered the room, it was 79 degrees and a fan was running by the bed. I called the maintenance staff and they came quickly to my room to fix it but unfortunately, I slept in a hot room; waking up every hour! But in the morning, the room temp felt cooler and it was 74 degrees in the room! Happy but a little too late!

Room was very, very clean. Bed was not quite as comfortable for me, but I was in a stressful situation and suffer from arthritis. Staff was very helpful

Really, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. I loved it. Sorry I wasn’t able to try the restaurant. The smells passing by were delightful

The location was close to where we needed to be and it was very comfortable.

No microwave or fridge, with kids it’s hard

The bed was fairly comfortable.

The bedding was worn and thin. There were holes in the blankets and sheets. The temperature was not adjustable, and due to the weather, was too hot in the room at night. The sink didn't drain properly and whenever we used it, it would quickly fill up and we'd need to wait for it to drain to continue using it. It seems they are trying to renovate, and upgrade portions of the hotel to become a higher quality place to stay - but currently it simply is not that.
