Our air conditioning didn't work when we got in the room but maintenance repaired. Wish the louvers on the air were adjustable. BLOWS ON YOUR HEAD ALL NIGHT LONG. Also would like to see something other then carpet in the rooms. Just feel like tile is cleaner.

We arrived at the hotel prior to check-in that was previously arranged; however, our room was not ready. We were able to use the outdoor pool, which was nice. One thing to be aware of with the outdoor pool is that it is NOT wheelchair accessible, even though it has a pool lift for the disabled. I'm not sure what sense that makes when you have to be able to go up and down the stairs to even enter the pool area. I saw a very disappointed family struggle with this situation, with nothing but a shrug of the shoulders from staff members. It didn't impact me directly, but it was sad to watch.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area is lovely.

Cost of diet coke at front desk $8 outrageous. Elsewhere $1.99. Room had extremely strong smell of cleaning products. Noisy AC unit. Would like a magnifying mirror in bathroom.

The front desk could’ve been more friendly, helpful with greeting & filling us in on amenities. Same with bar staff at bar outside 1st night.

The pool area was pretty dirty, I think this is because they don't stop people from drinking and eating in the pool. I actually stepped on plastic cups in the pool. The water was murky and full of bugs.

The property is lovely, the pool area is nice and big, it convenient to everything if you have a car.

There was a lot of construction going on on the 1st floor, which limited room options (a room with direct access to.outsode pool) on the first floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was delicious. And the atmosphere around the hotel was very nice.

Since the rooms are just being remodeled, I don’t think they’ll they’re finished . At least I hope not because they were very austere, basic. No art very little lighting and a couple issues with cleanliness (bathroom) . There’s a huge TV that is very difficult to navigate. I just wanted to watch the news . I had to ask the front desk to come down to show me how to work it.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling. The room was very basic. I was woken up by construction the next morning.

The hotel surpassed our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to others. From check-in to check-out, everything was efficient and pleasant.

I originally discovered this place on Groupon. The room I stayed in for the Groupon was cleaner, the TV was updated. The walls were fresher. This room was very outdated, the walls were dirty. The sheets could have been cleaner. They labeled my room as Lakeview, however, all we got were trees. Which is fine, but you pay more for Lakeview rooms.

I love this location, the peace and quiet mixed with the lake views are a lovely break from the city.

I reserved the room for my son with my credit card expecting my card to be charged at checkout as stated when I provided the card number, security code and expiration date. But when he checked out they asked my son for his card and said they required a physical card at checkout. This is not what I was led to expect when making the reservation!

The construction was really inconvenient for getting to and from our room. Especially when loading and unloading bags and getting our kids around. Our path to and from the lobby was through the pool,.but when that was closed it was almost impossible to navigate

We loved the pool and hot tub. It was also nice to have options for food on the premises!
