To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was excellent, close to a lot of attractions we wanted to see. The rooms were sparkling clean and big enough for 3 adults. The staff was so helpful for all our questions/needs. But I think best of all was their open buffet breakfast!! It was phenomenal!! It's a must try.

United States of AmericaI actually didn't have anything that I didn't like that wasn't something the hotel could've fixed. The parking garage had lots of spaces for being right off the road, so I couldn't even complain about that!
The fact that the bathrooms had full sized bottles of toiletries was amazing! I forgot to bring my face wash and lotion with me, but the hotel room had both, so it worked out! Everything was super comfortable and felt luxurious for an affordable price. Very impressed!

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We loved the location, the ease of parking at a reasonable nightly price, the room cleanliness and roominess. The staff is SO friendly and helpful.

The hotel and surrounding area felt very safe, even walking around at night. Everything was very clean as well and all of the staff were very friendly. It was also really easy to get here after exiting off of i-85 and the metro station was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We loved the Midtown location and staff friendliness. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced for the choice selection.
