The "courtyard" is the parking lot. I wish the description had been a bit clearer about that. The hotel offers you two chairs to sit outside and enjoy the courtyard view, but who would really want to sit outside and take in the view of the parking lot? Most of the chairs were empty during our stay. The courtyard rooms also lack privacy. Unless you have the blackout curtains closed, everyone can see right in to your room. It would have been nicer if the sheer curtains had been able to provide a bit more blurring while still allowing in some light.

The location is great. It was wonderful being able to walk into town to eat and shop and we also really liked having our own private beach and the pool. The rooms are also recently redone and are nice, clean, and comfortable. Finally, we were able to check in a bit early, which is very kind of the staff.

No full length mirror or lighting by the desk. I was put into a handicapped room I believe as shower floor is old and level with bathroom floor so water reached onto the floor. The pillows are not comfortable at all on the bed. The iron was old and had black on the metal. The women’s bathrooms by the lake is disgusting and should be checked on. Lastly , my toilet needed to be plunged and it was not fixed until 1.5 hours after my initial complaint. My family could not use the bathroom so we left the premises for the day. It should not take that long for such an easy task.

The room was nice sized and clean. The pool with bar and also a small beach to swim in lake is a huge bonus for this property.

No complaints - maybe some more options in the office shop to buy like microwaveable meals/mac&cheese, etc like some places have. We got back after the restaurant closed and would have liked that option for a quick bite for before bed, but not a real compliment lol our own poor planning to stop on the way home, just feedback/suggestion :)

Staff seemed young and inexperienced. I had to ask twice for washcloths in our room. Parking lot filled quickly. They have an underground garage for overflow parking, which was nice, but stairs going up and down to the garage are a little sketchy.

Room was clean, location and view of lake george was amazing. Easy access to swim in lake and access to kayaks and canoes. Pool was nice and clean but got crowded at times. Fire pits at night were nice too.

I don't care if people smoke weed...but yes it really needed at 8 am?..But it seems everywhere in Lake George the smell of Hash Oil vape and Pot is thick.. Besides that it's a good place

The rooms are large, but very basic, and the bathrooms are very small. Our room had a view of the lake, but no outdoor seating, and the building itself is not very appealing. The pool is small and very busy.

Great location on the lake with a private beach, close to the village (walkable), stunning views, very convenient all around. Lovely firepits.

Restaurant staff inside seemed stressed. Balcony was full of active cobwebs, often smells of marijuana, multiple parking spots blocked off with cones for big trucks.

Originally they only offered 1 parking spot however they were able to accommodate another vehicle after explanation that myself and friend were driving from separate states.

Walking distance to down town. Lake beach was nice. Plenty of seating at pool at peak of season. Bar staff were very friendly and tons of fun! The coffee shop and breakfast on site was great and very convenient.

The front desk male staff should not be the first person guests are greeted with. We checked in on Monday, July 21 and he was not friendly, did not give me a pass for my husband's vehicle, and did not tell us if breakfast was included or have a welcoming demeanor. Also, there were holes in the ceiling that were taped. Rm 188.

There was an issue with the spa tub and the shower spewed water all over the floor. We had to keep mopping up the shower water with towels.
