The reception staff on check in really let the property down.The attitude by one in particular was very disappointing, we felt unwelcome and intimidated…however the rest of the staff on property were pleasant and professional

The location was excellent, was within walking distance to the central dining tourist area. The room itself was also excellent, the kitchenette and ding was a bonus.

Check in time was 4 but our room wasn't ready till after 4:30. Check out time had been changed to 10 since our booking so this was unexpected. When I asked the front desk about getting a little leeway with checkout since our room wasn't even ready at check in time I was met with an icy "no" response.

Everything was wonderful nothing we didn'tike

We stayed in a 1 bedroom bungalow. It was well stocked. The bed was so comfy. Both my adult children said the sofa pull out was the most comfortable ever. The bungalow was clean. The staff was wonderful. The grounds beautiful. The pools crystal clear and so clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. We loved being so close to downtown, definitely within walking distance. We loved the history of the tennis club. We love the vibe. We loved our stay!

Honestly it had everything I could as for so big thumbs up from me.

I loved the room it had everything the bed was nice and comfy and the room had a small kitchen with everything you ever needed and the refrigerator was nice and big which is always a plus for me. The bathroom was very nice it had a makeup mirror and blow dryer. The room also had a safe and trash cans which is a must in my book. They had a fitness center that was really nice as well as the activities room were you can get popcorn, ice and water as well as coffee or just wind down and enjoy your stay. The hotel was right next to a restaurant which is really convenient and then if you’re into tennis they have the courts right there it’s honestly my top best hotel I have yet been to. The staff was amazing they gave me the information I needed everytime I asked and were always friendly. Would recommend a lot to everyone.

Our room was directly adjacent to the "quiet pool," but people were there screaming and playing music all day long. In the future, I will request a room away from the pool.

This property is very well located. It was an easy walk to a wide array of restaurants and stores. I also appreciated having so much space (each unit is an individual apartment).
