The rooms were a bit dated (some peeling paint) but otherwise comfortable and clean.

It was great to have the tiki bar and restaurant at the location, it had amazing views of boats and the mangroves nearby. We even saw manatees right under the boardwalk of the hotel!

Lot‘s of moskitos after sunset.

Even the rooms are quite small- Everything is clean and functional. Very friendly staff, nice Pool and beach area. Good restaurant.

The mosquitoes.

Being surrounded by water. Sitting outside our room watching the boats go by. The pool was very clean and in a nice spot. Food was very good.

Mosquito galore. In rooms everywhere. No tv. Internet sucks. Price of room is ridiculous. Food and drinks really expensive. Won't be going back.

The room/bathroom could be updated slightly which would make the stay feel even better value for money. It would be good for the wine prices to be added to the menu so these do not come as a shock. Also, the bellini and mimosa were listed on the brunch menu as being $8 but I was charged $12. When questioned, staff said $12 was correct (which is more in keeping with the pricing of other cocktails on the menu) so it appears the prices on the brunch menu need updating. The drinks in the vending machine were a year out of date but the bar staff replaced with equivalents from the bar when this was brought to their attention.

The resort is well situated (though not in walking distance to places outside the resort). The room was clean and had a gorgeous view over the waterfront. The chairs on the terrace to be able to sit outside the room were a nice touch. The bathroom was slightly dated but functional. The coffee machine and fridge in the room were appreciated. There was a good amount of storage space and the room was a nice size. The cabana area and service were excellent. There is a nice small private beach. The bar/restaurant is also nice although it would be good to have some daily specials to liven up the menu. Also, some drinks (cocktails/wine) were on the expensive side, although the 10% off voucher for resident guests helped. It was also nice to have access to jet ski and kayak rental from third parties in the resort grounds. The hotel went above and beyond with the room arrangements to make the last night of mine and my husband's honeymoon special.

Water pressure was very low for shower, can get pretty busy, lots of trash along the road going into the resort.

Nice resort, lots of things to do on and around resort (scuba diving, Everglades,etc) caught lots of fish from the dock, staff was very friendly, food and drinks were excellent and even got to spot the local manatee.

Strange layout Website Said it was 2 bedrooms, but there were no doors in between the bedrooms. No privacy for couples better for family. No cups, dishes or anything in the unit even though it had a kitchenette

King suite probably should have some staples. Plates, Napkins or maybe coffee cups. There were only 2 cups left in room for a room that sleeps 6-8 ppl. Also only flavored coffee was left in room. The staircase leading up to the suite was filthy. The patio outside the suites needed to be hosed off. The public restroom outside was filthy also. Room keys kept getting inactivated. I think the front desk staff needs more training on that. Everytime we went to reactivate a key it disabled all the others. So that was a bit of a pain.

Its was relaxing. Service was good at Tiki. We enjoyed our stay. The lovely lady that services the breakfast is a delight. The young ladies at the front desk were also very nice. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing family weekend.

Our room which was a suppose to have a view of the water was blocked by a big 70 ft yacht dock right in front of us. Chairs in the main eating area where the music is were very uncomfortable. Also the bars down by the beach were playing obnoxious music during the day using explicit language while there was little kids all around.

Location is excellent. Staff at the front desk and the main outside area where the bands play were very courteous. Beautiful views on the beach. Nice outside sitting area from your room.
