Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesIf you are a light sleeper, then the highway in front of the hotel and the rail line in the back of the hotel might make it a less than ideal sleeping experience. I turned on the floor fan in my room, and that noise added to the air conditioning Made everything OK for me to sleep most of the night, mostly pretty well.
Very convenient location to glacier national Park. Prices absolutely better than at West glacier, which was only 20 miles away.

United StatesAfter booking and paying, The receptionist called me and asked what time we would be there. When I told her around 930 she replied “that is late.” When we arrived she told us she was giving us an “upgrade” and put us in a nearly finished lovely free standing unit. There was no heat and it was very cold all night. I believe she gave our original room/ unit to someone who arrived earlier. I just wish she would have been more truthful instead of trying to pull a fast one thinking we were naive enough to believe her. I knew the moment she called me and told us that we were arriving “late” that something was up. She could have been more of an honest business woman and told us that she double booked our room, we could have the unfinished unit and here’s 50 bucks off. But no. She tried to pull a fast one. Not cool.
The setting was lovely. We were moved to a nearly finished free standing unit that was nice but had no heat. It was in the 40s.

United Stateslimited food options, but I know it was late season. food was good.
I loved how caring Ma Li was about her guests. very different from a chain hotel. the cabin I had was clean, with a rustic vibe. the bathroom/shower house was exceptionally clean at all times. Jess did a great job keeping me supplied in the cabin in stealth mode. it was great to have the feeling of camping but knowing there are people around who are looking out for you. recommend for people who want something basic with a camping experience in between East and West Glacier. it was nice to do both sides, and even drive up to many glacier. it was really nice not dealing with any crowds at all.

United StatesIf you are a sensitive sleeper, the sound of traffic from the highway and the trains behind the motel will keep you up at night. Trains are very loud and quite frequent.

The location to visit both the East and West gates to the Glacier National Parks was perfect. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

United StatesBasic. No extra touches to make it seem homey or made with care. No outside area to sit and enjoy the evening. Only one glass for drinking. The area is in a wooded area between a train track and road. Way too expensive for what it was. We have been traveling for 4 months and this was the most expensive for no luxury or hominess.

United StatesA bit noisy with many trains passing frequently all night but I like train sounds. Threats of $250 deposit are off putting. And it is (as are nearly all near glacier properties) incredibly overpriced.
Very clean. Basically just a roadside motel with hyped vacancy claims suggesting nearly sold out while actually practically most units were vacant.
