The room was dusty, and the drawers were dirty. It's overly priced for an older hotel. It's noisy, you can hear the neighbors TV and doors open and close (The doors are old, so they close loudly) You can also hear neighbors' animals, dogs bark. There isn't much for amenities for the cost of the hotel room.

Great location, great breakfast options and very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and there's a nice 24/hr. diner within walking distance.

Place could use an elevator, specifically for seniors, if we aren’t offered a room on the main floor (which I wasn’t).

The breakfast was poor and VERY limited selection. It needed a lot of improvement. The mini muffins and bread were very dry. Not up to the standards of a regular Best Western facility.

The room was very clean and quiet. I’m really like the wood laminate flooring as it is generally healthier than carpet. Michelle at the front desk was fantastic. She made sure the room was in order and that had what we needed for a good night’s sleep.

The price was reasonable and the staff were great. There was some confusion with my booking which resulted in two rooms being booked instead of one. I'm sure it was my fault because I had made a change to include my dog. Staff were gracious and helpful in making the changes. They held doors open the help me carry in bags and fussed over my lovely dog. Could not have been nicer!

Seems like construction is ongoing, but it all appears to be toward making updates and improvements so I don't think it's really a bad thing. The amenities and room were comfortable so no complaints.

Conveniently located near the interstate and a few restaurants. Large, updated rooms with A/C. Great breakfast buffet, good coffee and plenty of offerings & variety. I stayed here while passing through on a long road trip and would book this hotel again if needed.

We were not able to control the heat in the room which was a glitch in the renovation of that room. We were offered another room but opted to stay where we were.

We were travelling home and looking for a one night stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we stayed here. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was newly renovated and extremely clean. The price was perfect given that we were there late and left early. They gave us a grab and go breakfast which was exactly what we needed because we wanted to get on the road and had hot coffee available in the room or main reception area in the morning. They are still undergoing renovations but it is coming along!

Nothing really other than they haven't got their sign up yet so finding the place was a bit of a challenge.

The hotel was doing renovations so things were a bit disorganized but our room was fine. Management was very helpful, we would stay there again.

They were renovating, this is only temporary though.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the value was the best I found driving from half way across the country. The times I stayed at Hotel Glendive were fantastic.

The bed could have been a little better, not horrible, but maybe been used to it's life expectancy.

It looks like they are really trying to improve this hotel. The bathroom appears to be newly remodeled. We were looking for a place to eat and they gave us several suggestions
