You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel is listed as non-smoking, but some people were smoking in their rooms. You could smell the smoke in the hallway

The view; desolate abandoned muddy field with discarded furniture. Very noisey guests, and the staff couldn’t operate the keys. Had to walk down twice due to non working keys, at checkin.

Noisy A/C unit in room. Trash not emptied for two days. Breakfast was terrible,except for the coffee. Housekeeping staff didn't appear to speak english, Ice bucket need a new liner everyday,was NEVER collected

The one thing that I didn't like was the bright sun in the room when you are trying to sleep. There is no darkening agents in the room. All brightness! Everyone doesn't like bright rooms when they travel and or are trying to rest for a long drive!. Constructions are still going on in this area.
Room, area and comfort was the best with Glo. Best Western has really outdone themselves. Everything was very clean and neat. The breakfast was really good. Very nice area to see.The location was still being worked on in this area.

Even though the property is new, there are many areas that are unfinished or cheaply done. For example, the shower does not have a bench or shelf to place your things. The breakfast stopped at 9 am and had poor quality options.

Breakfast was disappointing. It would be better with more natural offerings such as real butter and cream for the coffee.
A beautiful modern property with refreshingly quirky decor. Very comfortable beds, excellent roomy bathroom and an overall wonderful place to stay. We will definitely stop here again. Very friendly staff.

Rooms are not as sound proof from upper floors.
Location is excellent to restaurants and shopping. Rooms are very modern and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast had a good variety and kept up with replenishing food items and keeping area clean.

The light coming from the clock which we couldn’t dim, thermostat and tv. Doesn’t help with people that like it dark as we do.

I'd asked room service to make the room one day and only my bed was made and there were still towels on the floor. The water pressure in the shower was too weak.
I really liked the decor and how new the property was. The rooms were well accommodated. The Lobby was really cool too.

New construction left sticky substance on floors making it appear dirty but were just stained. I chose a handicap due to toilet height so got a first floor room and it was noisy! But I’m new at the hotel experience and still working out some of my own issues in booking a room!

I am not impressed by 6 pillows on my bed. 4 of the pillows seemed to be the same thickness and none were comfortable to me. What am I supposed to do with all the pillows I don't want to use? I also think the cover for the bed was too warm and thick. The air conditioning system was loud, not only the motor on the fan, but all the clicking noises from the thermostat. (Hey, you asked.)
The person at front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She gave us advice on where best to park and provided us with a list of restaurants.
