The bed could be more comfortable, and it would be nice if you didn't have to worry about cleaning the place before you leave.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great view, nice room with all the needed amenities. The building is modern, spacious and beautifully decorated; lots of shared areas to enjoy, work or relax; well equipped and very clean gym, with a nice view; great location, safe area, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We recommend 100%.

I did not realize "apartment" meant I was responsible for cleaning. Welcome package included a scrub sponge and dish, dishwasher and laundry soaps. It is difficult to make a early plane when one has to clean the place and run around the halls to find the trash chutes. This place is meant for longer stays, not for quick trips. The packet says "leave the place like you found it."

The hot water was not hot. Water temp was between warm and hot which made showering cold. Also, coffee was challenging as there were no filters and the coffee machine on the 5th floor was unusable for renters and could only be used by long term renters.

Was a nice property that was clean with nice furniture and the bed was comfortable. The front desk employees were all really nice.

No beddings & comforter for the Sofa bed, unable to use. Three people had to squeeze into a Queen size bed, very uncomfortable. 24/7 ‘Emergency’ staff only says” sorry, this is customer service. I heard your emergency but there is nothing I can do”. very disappointed.

Very new apartment. Good looking and new hardwares. Quite neighborhood, convenient to access the Metro.

Shower was clogged- took me a while to fix that. I would have expected hand soap and detergent as well as some kind of cleaning product Price was very high

First of all I booked apartment to be with other two groups of girlfriends attending the wedding. They were put in two different towers of the building Signature Restown and I was put in a completely different building 15 min walk from them Skymark. Upon arrival they apologise for mistake but after talking to 9 and a half seconds with Churchill stuff I was told they don’t have availability in Signature and I was taken by my friend to Skymark I a car as it was pouring down by rain and strong winds. Upon arrival I went to my apartment to find out it is mediocre, not cleaned the best, no carpet, windows opened, and finally as my husband arrived that we can not share ‘double bed’ as it is tiny!!!! We had extra sheets for sofa bed in the living room but no pillows or duvet! Few hours of me talking to Lana how was working on the reception that night and Churchill guy (disaster) who tried to calm the property to the number I called him from as I refuse to pay roaming as on international line… and I got my duvet at 10.30pm!!! And let’s continue…. I specifically asked if there are certain things at the property eg. hairdryer and I was told yes you have all of them. Guess what no hairdryer, no mugs ether, ask for them on Saturday got them Monday pm asking twice more and two of them… The worst was that the place was not cleaned well, it looks like we had a lot of pets hair and my husband has a really bed allergy to pets hair. Nice but will not recommend

Liked the proximity to Metro station and two restaurants. Not far from Target as shopping grocery point. Entrance and comunal areas good but not on the same level. Small ‘shop’ pay as you buy on ground level and tea gratuity facility.

I had to wait an hour for my keys to my room. Was not given check in instructions until the next day. Given check out instructions after I checked out at 9:38am. Bad communication.

a little too much to do before check out esp when people have to catch flights- little flexibility on checkout times but guest are being asked to do what cleaning crew is supposed to be doing between check out (11am)!and and next check in (4pm)

The bed was broken down all the way down the middle so we ended up having to sleep on the floor for the entire 4 days we had booked the room – despite having contacted them immediately to fix it. They did not provide us with an alternative room or arrangements even though we literally called them 8 times and left several messages. They have not given us any kind of refund either. Would not recommend.
