The bed. I requested an accessible room which means easy access in the bathroom and all around (I thought) no such means were available there was barley room in the bathroom, the bed was sky high i could barely get up on it, no regular light in b/r only the heating light would come on, the light over the sink was blinking & went out & no one was going to fix until the next day when we're checking out!

No safety lock on the door. It was broken. Bathroom floor was not clean. Sink was not cleaned. Heater was noisy and did not have an auto button. It was always on. We had to disconnect the power.

The front desk employee wasn't very friendly... actually very quiet.

Breakfast was lacking protein (eggs, sausage, bacon etc). Was only waffles and cereals available. I had to end up going to McDonalds to eat a complete breakfast.

There was only one elevator. The breakfast wasn’t good for those on special diets. I didn’t bring dog as originally planned but I think I still was charged for one.

Wish they had more of a breakfast and able to get things up. Front at the front desk when I called on the desk. They said that they weren't able to help me with this phone other than that it was fine

It was a good stay. I just wish they had more breakfast at the time. And when I went up front to get a spoon. They said that I'd have to wait until the morning. And I needed an extra towel and he said he usually doesn't do that but he went ahead and gave me a towel. It was comfortable and clean.

The person at the front desk doesn't know the meaning of customer service but I liked the hotel the bed was great liked the up dated room we checked in about 11pm was put out by that then had to switch us to another room because only had one bed needed 2 probably my fault at booking wanted to give us a hard time about that said it was 25 dollars more which we had no problem with.

When we went back down to get a piece of fruit, everything was already gone by 7 AM. You are not allowed to take food to the rooms? but they have a microwave in the room?

The hotel is clean, appears to be newly remodeled, or in the process. There were some items in the bathroom that did not appear to be completed, but did not interfere with bathing or our stay. Breakfast that day was waffles. In the morning, beautiful views of the mountains and the nearby mine.

The ground floor room had windows onto the carpark, so the level of privacy was compromised, and there was noise from people arriving late and leaving early.

The facility is relatively new, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

the location, and the view were great! I have to say that I stayed at this hotel last week, as well. I realized that I had left my watch in the room, after we checked out. I went back, about an hour later, and asked the clerk if I could go look for my watch, in the room. He said that the maid had probably already stripped the room, but kindly gave me a key, so I could check. The maid had started cleaning the room, but she wasn’t there. I pushed the door open, and found my watch by the sink. I was so happy! I let the clerk know, that I had my watch, and asked him to tell the maid Thank you, for being honest. I also told him that I had to be back, in a week, and that I would be choosing his hotel, for my next stay. 😊
