Breakfast food was no good. Eggs, potatoes, and meat were always cold and tasteless.

The location is very good. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The hotel itself is very pretty, but the size of the rooms and very below average breakfast food makes me second guess why I am paying the $40,00 a day "resort fee". Not much of a resort, but an average hotel that is using its location as its only real value.

Im sure without the construction and remodel the place is a place of peace so this is not in the Hotels control. Staff was excellent. Room service was called and by the time I could get to my room from the Manor(front desk) they were already at my door. Thanks Glorietta we will return.

Breakfasts were phenomenal consisting of 3 + prepared hot offerings, freshly cut fruit, cereals, granola, toasters to make your own toast to order, and full on coffee / espresso / latte machine dispensers… plus more. The indoor lounge for eating and the outdoor patios provided beautiful spaces for pausing to begin each day. Loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were available for taking to beach.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Unfortunately you can't be responsible for other patrons who don't have good hygiene at the breakfast area. Some people need to learn better manners.

Perfect Location near tonthe beach in the centre of Coronado. On request they provide beach towels and beach chairs.

The loud AC compressor kept us awake at night. The room itself and bathroom were exceptionally small for the amount of money per night plus $30 day parking fee which is hard to find on the property after 8 PM.

Our room for the first 4 nights (ROOM 682) was not what we expected - dark, cramped, damp, and an odor. I felt we should have had better for what we were paying. The last night we were transferred to Room 450 which was a 2 bedroom suite and it was light, airy, and roomy. A big improvement!

I felt like I was paying a lot for the prestige of the hotel.

Truth. I had just stayed at a little inn that cost 1/4 of the price and the beds were wonderful. There was a wonderful breakfast that was not even advertised that came with the room.

rooms fine. dining area average. range of food and where to eat it limited. seemed very expensive for equivalent five-star hotels with bar/more comprehensive dining areas. i think this is probably a generalisable observation for all USA accomodation currently though.

Wasn't pleased to pay $30.00 per day for parking on site, This should be included in the rate and not an add on. Wasn't pleased with the $40.00 per day hotel fee.

Breakfast was OK. For some reason the coffee pots were not operating although they were set on a cart near the breakfast area. The secondary coffee machine provided was excellent although on the final day it was not working very well. Loved having coffee available during the day.

traffic noise. could not figure out how to adjust thermostat so felt a bit warm in our room. we could have asked!!😊. $30 / day for parking seemed much.

right across the street from the Hotel Del! breakfast was a very nice addition and plenty of fresh options. main part of building is actually historical in itself as Mr. Speckles who was a part of the team who designed and built the Del built this home for his family. our room was newer and close to orange street and that had a bit of road noise/traffic - but as we were not in the busiest of times it was not a huge issue. room was very nice.

Our room was at the top of a set of stairs and it was very noisy. The rooms are also ready to be updated.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, loved the coffee on demand and breakfast too! Our room was spacious and comfortable. The property is lovely and the pool is nice but probably a little small when the hotel is fully booked.
