We booked this property because it has an outdoor pool and hot tub. We were disappointed when we went to the pool and found the hot tub hadn’t been opened for the season. Checking the booking site there was nothing listed about this situation. We went during the Fourth of July weekend. It was surprising that the facility wasn’t fully ready for the busy season.

The property is in a great location. Beautiful lawn area behind front inn. Clean rooms.

We didn't get a chance to use the pool. It wasn't quite swim ready, but it's the very beginning of the season, I'm sure it'll be up and running soon! Excellent feature to have along with the little playground.

Our room was spacious and clean! Minutes away from downtown and our family fun destination, Storyland! Well manicured grounds and parking right at our front door. We felt safe and secure with our family. Great value!!

the pool was not open on memorial day and one has to pay for the wood for the firepit which may not be available given reception limited hours - a timed gas system that one can turn one and off easily would be a better option

from the front it looks like a regular N Conway hotel/motel but in the back is more amazing than the top chain hotel proprieties nearby. The garden and pool area is amazing, with great places to grill and a pitfire, pristinely maintained, the grass is better kept than a professional golf camp is truly amazing, rooms are great with great balconies to look at. So much so that several friends in nearby hotels that paid the double or more of the price came to hang out with us at that inner garden and not in their more expensive hotels without such a great area.

Housekeeping had to be requested. It should be back to daily. Starting with Covid, certain hotels got very comfortable with pulling back on housekeeping services yet charging the same... and in many cases higher... room rates. Now they hide behind 'staffing shortages' to justify an unmade bed when we get back from a day of vacationing (which I am not sure I believe entirely). Staying on the subject of housekeeping, we noticed some cobwebs up toward the ceiling that should have been taken care of when we first got our room. They remained during our stay (can we say 'attentiveness' and 'a broom'?). We picked a balcony for a reason... because we use them. We can deal with the plastic furniture but spider webs were in many places on the balcony along with pine needles that had clearly been there since last season. Balconies should also be adequately cleaned regularly. The pillows were lumpy. Need new ones. The door handle for our room was very unstable making the process of unlocking our door each day much harder. Buildings are a bit dated, in need of some modernization.

Very beautiful grounds. Room was large. Great location, walkable to a lot of North Conway. Plenty of free parking. Staff at the desk were pleasant.

Room is dated but just fine. Pillows are a bit thin. Wifi is an unsecured network and speed/reliability was just OK - surprising as the hotel was empty. Central heating works well and is quiet but we had a bad sleep because of how dry it was - woke up feeling very dehydrated.

Located right on the main road, but the room was at the back of the building so nice and quiet. A short drive (or short but cold walk) to dining and drinking spots. Bed is comfortable.
