    Friendly staff, reasonable price, location

    Could use a couple more bed pillows and a better mattress; cable service or atleast the clicker was annoying and took forever to change the channel or adjust the volume; slider screen to patio was old and difficult to open.

As for the mattress and pillows, We have extra pillows available upon request at the front desk and our mattress have all been updated within the last couple years. thank you!     Small and needs some updating. Wasn’t aware of top floor availability or back building.

    Very clean, large room with sitting area.

    No coffee machine in the room. Coffee was only available in the lobby which didn’t open until 8 AM

    The room was clean. The beds were comfortable.

    Too many weeds, dead and dying shrubbery.

    No maid service; no coffee, no cups for hot water, no pool towels, internet did not work, overpriced!!!!

    It was comfortable.

    Could have the lights on around the pool and Jacuzzi open at night. The price could have been more reasonable for the amenities available.

As for pool access, our pool is only available when an attendant is present on the property for safety reasons, which may limit evening hours.     Noise from other families. We were at the end unit, first floor, and all we could hear was kids running up and down the stairs, and stomping in the room above
