Their price might be slightly higher than the other lodges in the neighborhood, but I think it's definitely worth it.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at Golden State Inn very much. The lodge was clean and room was big enough for two people. Their breakfast burrito was also such a pleasure. I definitely recommend to any travelers who want to stay in private and modern places.

Water temperature in wash basin and shower met minimum standards in my opinion. Ideal location and would stay here again.

Inn was amazing,, we did miss the quaintness and historical ambiance of Gardiner. not big fans of town of West yellowstone.

Loved this inn, from the scrupulously clean room, comfy beds, room darkening shades, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast which nicely accommodated my gluten-free husband, the 24/7 lounge room, smores around fire, everything was great,, very glad just far enough away from noise of touristy town and all those t-shirt shops. Yikes.

The cabin was very nice, but not really worth the money we paid. Could have been $100 cheaper. No regular tea as a choice, only herbal!

Our king cabin was beautiful! Bed was comfortable! Bathroom was gorgeous! Breakfast was okay; mini muffins, bagels/spreads, etc.

The environment is great. The host is also more than helpful! We were catching a flight but there is no Lyft or Ubers around the town so she helped us to get a driver and drives us to the airport. We appreciate it a lot!

The marshmallows and graham crackers for s’mores around the fire were stale.

It was very clean. It felt like someone hard thought through the details of your stay…. from the free breakfast to the nightly fire pits to the modern cabin themed rooms. It was excellent!

For breakfast I wish there were some plain egg options (no cheese or meat) and no sugar oatmeal/yogurt options with some fruit or nut toppings

The seating area is really comfortable, warm and clean. They never ran out of coffee and I loved that there was some fresh fruit. Also it is really nice to eat with real silverware :). There are wine glasses in the room as well! Oh and dog treats at the front door.

close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. the rooms are separated into cabins with a few rooms per cabin. we traveled with our 10 month old who isn’t necessarily the quietest and felt like we weren’t disturbing people on all sides like we would at a normal hotel.

The only thing I wish were different is the size of the largest cabin. I was a solo traveler for a week and easily filled the cabin with my stuff. My gf and I are looking at booking another stay here this coming summer, but it’s a tight space for two people for a week.

Great location in town, literally around the corner from one of the snowmobile trailheads. Parking is conveniently located right next to the cabins. it was winter, so I was also able to park my snowmobile right next to my cabin. The 24/7 lobby had hot coffee and hot chocolate at all times. The cozy sofas make a great place to relax after a long day of riding.
