They offer daily room refreshment (to take out the trash and new towels) but it never really happened - i had to ask for it. The microwave is not in the room - its in a common area and dirty and was missing a piece. Other guests were terrible - smoking weed all the time and the smell came in to our room. For two nights the wifi was not working and since i had to work European time it was impossible and it gave me hard times.

Its in a safe location, close to the highway but not noisy at all.

While a microwave in the room would be convenient, it might also contribute to food waste in the rooms and odors from cooking. This is not the biggest negative for a motel room.

Nothing fancy at this location, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable! The property is located walking distance from several good local restaurants and driving distance to local shopping centers. Free coffee in the lobby each day, along with a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.

There was a thumping sound throughout the night from the floor above (sounded as if some construction or moving was going on)

Couple next of us was fighting and I mean fighting she was screaming for and nobody came no cops no workers it was crazy 6 hours straight we had to switch rooms to 3rd story when we were on 2nd story

it wasn’t very clean. They only give you a think blanket. Also, outside of our room there was a light that was on all night & no way to turn it off. it shined in our room so we had to figure out how to position the blinds.

I've stayed here several times. Consistently the staff is unhelpful, extremely rude and unfriendly. This location has the worst customer service out of all the chain's locations.you only have to talk to em to check in tho, so there's that. Or you can go to the Redding location which is better anyway.

Clean good sized room and bathroom. Newer interior so it doesn't look worn out. USB charging available from the various desks and side tables. No microwave, but there is a mini fridge so you can store some groceries and drinks.

The staff member Monica was training was giving me weird looks and vibes. Possibly because I am a solo female traveler which I do not appreciate. Or he's not good at customer service. The shower did not drain quickly so I'm standing in shower water as I showered. Towels were rough but I have back up. Wish I had back up blankets as those were thin.

Decent rooms, Monica was a very nice front desk person to work with. She was also on top of all her tasks and organized. Cable TV, temperature control.

Minor thing: wifi was quite unstable. Big issue, however, was lack of room's soundproofing. Door let all the noise in and it felt as if the door was open. I could hear everything from birds singing all night to people walking and talking outside. Since my room was just next to the elevator and staircase quite a lot of people were passing my room so I could hardly sleep well. Related to that is the fact that window was at the sidewalk to other rooms so I had to keep my curtains on all time to keep privacy.

Great location just by the highway, some restaurants and stores nearby. Room and bathroom very clean. Huge and comfrotable bed.
