The only option for breakfast included in the price is continental which we found very basic and although the other options were a few dollars more they charge a full price for it and not just an additional. Parking per day is also way too expensive.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is great.

There was no water in our room (which we were told was complementary). I asked the front desk about this and they said they would have some sent up — no one turned up. Activating our key cards took a long time. Reception apologized for this, which was ok. However, we then had trouble with our key cards later on as they stopped working during our stay. So that was a little frustrating. We wish the complementary breakfast time were extended until 11am. We missed it by 10 minutes and then was told that we could pay for breakfast which would stop at 11am. Not sure why they both can't stop at 11am.

Honestly, I loved all aspects of our stay. The hotel exceeded expectations and we are already planning on staying again. We might even find time to use the pool next time.

Great rooms cozy restaurant valet parking great location. The staff and service amazing. Thank you to Mr. Jefferson Garcia house manager who was incredible to resolve an issue I had to my satisfaction. I am most grateful and can’t wait to stay in hotel again. I strongly recommend staying here.

Housekeeping was very slow to come to our room daily. Once they didn’t come into 4:30. Another day they didn’t come at all.

Everything was great! Staff very friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from universal studios. We arrived shortly before check in and our room wasn’t ready. Not a problem we just had cocktails in the bar while we waited. An hour later our room still wasn’t ready so we got upgraded to a pool view room with balcony. The balcony was amazing. Sat out there every morning.

Twice now we have had towels with frayed edges, they were replaced but why would the staff distribute them?

The pool was closed, and we didn't know that before we arrived. The heater was broken. Having said that, we are glad and extremely grateful that the hotel is still standing, given the fires around Los Angeles.

Staff were wonderful, and the room was very nice. The breakfast and the restaurant were also great.

I stayed New Year's Eve, and generally, things were quite sedate. The walls are thin though as the parents next door were having trouble with their kids and I heard every word (including a parental figure waking the children at 8am New Year's day at the top of his lungs. not nice, neighbor!) the only actual complaint was that there is a resort fee which I presume includes breakfast etc. I was not going to partake in the hotel other than the bed, and I didn't make it down in time for breakfast. So, I'd have preferred to be able to opt-out. I might also have ordered breakfast room service if I hadn't already "paid for it". I'd stay again and next time maybe have a cocktail before I go out and try to make breakfast next time. Lobby Bar where that all would be is lovely. Just wasn't gonna be for this stay and I had no choice.

Hotel is lovely. Everyone on the staff was very professional and super courteous. Most of my interactions were with the valet team and they were just great. Room was very comfortable, bed was lovely, bathroom great, space great, juliette balcony very nice.

This is our 3rd time staying here. We love this hotel! The hotel is very clean, newly remodeled rooms and the staff is amazing! So friendly! Another plus is it’s super close and easy to get to Universal Studios! We will always stay here when we go to Universal!

Staff was super helpful and accommodating with parking and check-in. Convenient location, too, central to all the spots in the Burbank area I wanted to visit. We were able to walk to dinner at a great Mexican restaurant. Also enjoyed the Hollywood vibe with the hotel decor--subtle and not overdone.

We wanted to be able to park our own car. Paid the nightly fee to have it valet parked plus tipping ofcourse each time. If we wanted to get something out of it, couldn't easily. The parking and greeting attendants were awesome tho!!! Kudos to the friendly and speedy service. Even remembered our last name.

Awesome hotel, very classy. The room was great, had everything we needed and more. We noticed the photo for the room type on the reservation had it looking much bigger tho. So not sure if we got the room we reserved. But we were happy with it.
