United StatesI loved absolutely everything. Except I woke up in the middle of the night and did see a weird looking bug on my pillow. I've not seen a bed bug, so unaware if that's what it was. I killed it and didn't see anymore, but it definitely grossed me out and I wasn't able to go back to sleep. The staff was all amazing and everything was super clean!

CanadaThe location is a little out of the way from any main area so it's really not walking distance to anything but 15 minute drive will get you to Target and the Olive Garden. We booked a one bedroom suite but the bathroom is inside the bedroom so kids (teen age) had to come into the bedroom to use the bathroom since there's no connecting door from both sides.
Breakfast was included which was simple but nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

United StatesPillows sucked made sleeping hard, they were very soft and lumpy. There were diaper pieces all along the side of the hot tub first night we went in. Nothing the staff can do about that, just sort of ruins the pool experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection of items for all my kids. Pool and hot tub were amazingly warm both nights we used them. Staff was super friendly.

United StatesI wish the breakfast had a better spread in both places, but since I had brought stuff from home and there was a frig and microwave in the room it made in convenient for me to bring my own food.
The stay in Grand Blanc was awesome, clean, and quiet, also stayed in Niagara Falls and that one was also clean and quiet, we were able to have a wonderful vacation and get plenty of rest for our trip back home. Thank you
