The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Handheld shower was tricky to use, tending to fall off the holder. My husband is 6'3". It did not go up nearly high enough. The room was accessible with very low light switches but only very high hooks for clothing. I am 5'1" and trouble reaching them.

The service was excellent and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our complimentary wine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but presented well and plentiful. Coffee was very good.

The pool area was not in good repair. Old closed down kiddie pool and water slides. There where small half size pillows on the beds not comfortable.

I had the breakfast one of the mornings and it was good. We where given a drink coupon upon arrival that was nice.

Room was not real clean. Beds wee very uncomfortable. We were in the pet friendly section so I get the rooms weren't the nicest. People on both dlsides of left their pets which barked and whined alot

The best thing they could do would be to weed wack outside, clean the doors with windex, vacuum the stairs, clean tiles and the ratings would be so much higher. That’s without much effort.

Room clean and comfortable. Grateful they gave us late checkout since we had a funeral to attend.

It’s a bit dated, but you can tell that they are trying to do some updates.

The staff was very nice. I appreciated that they offered a bar with a complementary drink. The breakfast wasn’t huge but what they had was good. Rooms were clean and beds were pretty comfortable.

On the website it said it had a Mexican restaurant in it , It Did Not, went to the bar in there said it was a bar and Grill, No Grill . The only food they had to eat was a frozen Pizza. It was something to eat but not what we Expected. We did not want to drive around finding a restaurant, So we were really disappointed about the false representation.

We stay her approx 4x/year for a scrapbooking event. The carpets on the stairs are ALWAYS dirty and never vacuumed. The bathroom tubs need to be updated soon also.

I didn't like the fact that the water slides are permanently closed. I attempted to call and ask if the water slides would be running but was unable to get in contact with front desk. Also the room remodel was enjoyable. The only downside is the fact after leaving the pool and going back to the room the floor gets wet as there is no where to wipe your feet which becomes a huge slip and fall risk

I enjoyed seeing the remodel of the facility. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are completely remodeled as well as the main entrance.
