Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's very good hotel. Big and comfortable rooms, sound proof from outside and inside. Definitely worth the money. I've stay there for 5 days. Next time I am in Moab, this is where I will be staying.

There’s nothing to complain about for that price!
Everything was great! We even got an upgrade to a suite with two bathrooms and balcony. The pool area is very nice and the whole place is close to the city centre. If we come back to Moab, we’ll definitely stay there again!

There was no way to tip cleaning crew without cash.
Lovely decor and vibe. Staff very nice and helpful. Pool area was relaxing and beautiful.

On site bar was closed. No coffee maker in room. Only hot water and instant coffee.
Location was great. Room was large, well appointed, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel is a little bit sterile, and there was very little staff.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed to our during our visit. However, everything is very close and walking distance to the hotel. It's really wonderful that the hotel really caters to dogs and almost everybody staying at the hotel had one.

Supplying 2 of the Purple pillows instead of just the 1 would have made the stay better.
The breakfast was really good. I had the waffles with 2 eggs and 2 bacon strips; the eggs were made exactly how I wanted them. My wife had the avocado toast with eggs, and it was way more than she expected. We really liked the room we stayed in. The wall that allowed us to hang our bags was awesome. The floor was tile, which was perfect for our dogs, we didn't have to worry if they would scratch the floor. My wife felt like it was suited for dog owners. There were areas for us to take our dogs: with a trash receptacle for their waste. We felt like our dogs were welcome. Dog friendly for sure. We usually hate hotel pillows, but the Purple pillow was excellent.

The AC is incredibly strong and too powerful for a small small room. It's impossible to keep it on because the entire room gets freezing on 24 seconds. Even at 72F.

Loved that it was next door to the supermarket so we could make our own breakfast and get away early. Loved the fridge in the room. Excellent coffee at the restaurant-open by 7am. Burgers in restaurant were outstanding! Loved the pool set up-fabulous after a hike around the national parks. location was great for walking out for dinner.

Even though the bathroom sink is unique, it is not functional had to use the sink in the entry way for washing, teeth brushing, etc.

Our rooms weren’t cleaned while we stayed, trash and towels not picked up, etc.
Great location, walking distance to downtown. Beautiful room. Pool and hot tub were nice.

This hotel is in a great location, walkable to downtown. The decor was new, modern, organic and clean. Rooms were spacious with a small "living room" and a table to play cards. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! I appreciated the coffee bar each morning.

I wish pool and hot tub were open earlier/ later
It was vey comfortable! Pool and hot tub were amazing after a couple of long days of hiking. Complimentary coffee and electrolyte packets were a nice touch.
