Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. LithuaniaThe lights in the main room and bathroom were not working. I didn’t pay much attention at first, but when I noticed that the toilet kept running after flushing, I started to worry about getting a good night’s sleep. I called the reception for assistance, and they informed me it was already late (9:30 PM) but assured me they would send someone to check it out. However, no one arrived. Fortunately, the toilet stopped running on its own, so everything turned out fine. Just a tip: be sure to check all the lights and facilities when you check in.
The location is right next to the beach. Rooms are big and comfy.

United StatesArrived after a busy weekend. Room was fairly clean. Sink didn't drain properly, I almost overflowed it. The bed was very uncomfortable. Lumpy and pitched like a V in the center of the bed. All employees were excellent and professional. The view of the beach and the proximity to the beach and Golden Gate Park is top notch at this location and ample parking. I would stay again. Just don't expect much this isn't a 4 star hotel.

PolandThe room was relatively clean, but the bathroom was quite small. For some reason, there was a short shower curtain, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor, which led to mold buildup. It seems like the water was seeping under the flooring, which likely caused mold. This is an unfortunate oversight in the room's maintenance. Additionally, there was minimal furnishing in the room, and the lighting was quite weak.
With excellent access to the beach, right on the oceanfront, this location is definitely worth considering for your stay. Easy access to public transportation and a parking spot for the car.

Location is excellent! The hotel is right across from the beach with sand dunes. It is also adjacent to Golden Gate Park. The zoo is nearby. The North Beach area of San Francisco is great! Beds are nice.

United Statesthe roaches. the step down from the bath to the room.
everything worked ok. the room was spacious. there is a little step down from the bath to the room which is disconcerting. lots of parking which attracted me to this motel. lots of restaurants in the area. the sunset dunes park is across the street and the ggp is steps away. the room was clean but i found two roaches running across the floor when i turned the light on in the bath. the roaches should not scare anyone away from booking the hotel. the confirmation i received by email from booking.com said checkin is 3:00 pm but the desk person said check in is at 4pm. no problem though. the room was comfortable. there is public transportation next door. i'd come back if the same situation for me arises again.

United KingdomYou get what you pay for, we got a really cheap deal for 2 nights. Basic but comfortable beds and big room. Biggest issue was that the door to our room wasn’t flush and let a lot of cold night air in and noise from the road it faced. Didn’t feel very secure. Air con didn’t seem to work so couldn’t warm the room up. No hairdryer or iron Corridors although free of litter, were dirty and left a bad first impression.

The key card did not work the first time, and we had a long walk back to the office so that it could be reprogrammed. That was an effort after a 14 mile day of walking through San Francisco! The heater worked, but the room decor was “cold“ . The toilet roll holder was broken, and should be fixed immediately.
